I've used Precision in the past, so naturally I called them again when my garage door started acting up. The technician, Aaron, was great! He diagnosed and explained the problem clearly, offered three different options and explained the differences, and did not try to talk me into one or the other. He did the work quickly, was polite and respectful of our property, and actually made me feel like I got real value for my money. I will always use Precision in the future.

During a home inspection to sell my home, it was noted that the garage door was knocking, making loud sounds and not closing smoothly. Precision Garage Doors were able to come out the same day I called making it very convenient. Aaron was the employee who came, evaluated the situation, told me what would correct the issues and did the work during that same appointment. I was impressed by his knowledge, work, and character. He was very personable making the experience enjoyable and a success. I would highly recommend this company.

Precision does all of my garage door work. They are a great company to use! Today I only needed the bottom seal changed on my door and I asked them to make sure everything was in good shape and working. The tech was courteous and efficient, and completed the inspection and repair quickly. The job was priced up front and there was no pressure to buy anything additional. That he had a great sense of humor was an A+ for me. Very nice service!

The response to my initial request for service on your web site at 11pm came within 15 seconds and my request for next day service was recognized and a promise to attempt to work us in was immediately made.
