The response to my initial request for service on your web site at 11pm came within 15 seconds and my request for next day service was recognized and a promise to attempt to work us in was immediately made. My very old garage door was not operating very safely. Precision installed my door back in 2008 so it was time for an overhaul. I called customer service and they responded immediately. Aaron Palarello was assigned as the technician. What a blessing! Aaron was so helpful and professional to this grandmother that needed a kind soul to explain what was needed. When I asked when he could come back and install it he told me give him two hours and it will be like a new door. I love the new silent opener and the updated features even I could understand. Thank you Precision for a door that will last.
