We had a new garage door opener installed and the installer showed up promptly and was very courteous and knowledgeable. Our technician went above and beyond to explain the new unit, how it works (new features) and even helped reprogram my vehicles' factory garage door buttons for the new door opener. The new opener functions very smoothly and quietly and we are very pleased. We will do business with this company again for future installations and service work as needed.

Tony Strickland came out to the house on a Sunday and removed two very low powered door openers that were both having problems every time we turned around and installed two more powerful openers that were the suggested by Tony. It took him all of about four hours to do the job! Finally we have been freed of the frustration of temperamental garage door openers!

My garage door opener suddenly 'deprogrammed" itself over the weekend, so I called Precision first thing Monday am. Jonathan Lane was at my house before noon and took care of the quickly and efficiently. He made sure the remotes were working, and also reprogrammed the vehicle. Very attentive service. Jonathan was a pleasure to speak with, and he also did a safety check and cleaned up a few things. All done professionally. Highly recommended.

We had the pleasure of Tony Strickland to come out to provide a spring tune up on my door. and after his thorough inspection was complete we needed to have new springs installed due the heavy weight of the solid garage door we own . He was very Profesional and polite making sure I knew everything he was doing and provided the explanation in simple terms and I never had a doubt of being felt like i was sold a product or something I did or need . You can 100-% tell how the employees there care anbout this profession and his company.
