It's just a matter of time before the garage door spring breaks. So, ours did it yesterday. We called Precision and got an appointment the next day. Jack Hodges arrived as scheduled. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He checked it all out and gave us options from "just fix it with minimum parts" to "you may want to replace this or that to avoid issues later" and let us decide. He immediately did the requested work, very professional. Also gave us advice on doing our own regular maintenance and how to check the springs for weakness as time goes on. Very much appreciate the service Jack!

Broken spring turned into a garage door parts upgrade for everything. The 10 year old parts I had were badly worn out and sounded like a roller coaster. After the install, my garage door is whisper quiet! I am glad I called Precision to fix my garage door. They showed up early and finished in no time. We had trouble this morning. 5/27/23. Called around 11:30am. Scheduled between 2-4. Same day.. Received a call about 1:00 Jason asked if he could come ahead which was great. He arrived we had received a picture of him and his bio. He did the checklist and let us know what was needed installed all was needed. Terrific job. Brandon Williams performed an inspection of our garage door. He reviewed what defects that he found with the door, and he gave me an opinion of the current condition. He did not repair the door since it was not a repairable situation. He also reviewed both non-insulated and insulated new garage doors, their features and pricing along with availability. I was pleased with his service as well as the options that he covered.

We came home last night and could not open garage. After looking into garage saw that spring was broken. It was now 9:30pm, and I thought I would contact precision thinking I could leave a message. To my surprise a nice girl answered live, took my information as to what happened, confirmed our address and phone number, and advised of service fee. She then scheduled a service appointment for today with tech Jonathan. He called today to let us know he was on the way and approximate arrival time. On Jonathan's arrival he went into garage to check out problem, and indeed spring was broken. He checked all elements of garage door opporation and made us aware of other aged issues. We considered it was time to update all the issues and told Jonathan to go ahead. He had all materials available In van, and several hours later everything was completed and brand new before leaving, Jonathan made sure we knew how everything operated and even programmed both of our cars. To say we were very satisfied would be an understatement. Thank you to all your team at Precision.

The entire process from start to finish was seemless and easy. Garage spring broke one day — called Precision and they made me an appointment the next morning. Jonathan showed up on time (after calling to give me an ETA and receiving an email/text from Precision). Jonathan explained the problem and provided me with a couple of options without any pressure at all. He even completed the work faster than what was expected! Before leaving he provided me with a reminder of the warranty and emailed a detailed receipt. Would 100% recommend Precison again

Two neighbors used Precision and highly recommended. They came out the day I called, they offered same-day service, and sent Jay who must be one of their best! Knowledgeable, professional, personable, clear, efficient. He detailed my options and we discussed the best choice for me. Jay replaced two failed springs with upgraded ones which should last me years. I may call back to have the rollers (wheels?) replaced because the ones Jay showed me look really nice…like roller blade wheels. I’m sure they would allow for the door to glide more easily and quietly. I didn’t want to pay for that upgrade this time. I will definitely call Precision in the future!
