Our garage door wouldn't open and the emergency lift didn't work. We needed to get the garage door open because of a medical condition that needed attention the next morning. The company sent someone in about 2 hours and he was able to get the door open and replace a number of parts that were bad. The cost was reasonable and we are grateful for the fast completion of the job.

I have been a long time customer. Percision Garage Door always has Outstanding service! Our Tech was able to get the double wide garage door back in line and everything working - after I backed into it this morning. I called early and he came the same day. Our garage door was in need of attention. Wilkes was scheduled and suggested we install a new lift. He was a pleasure to deal with as he removed worn parts and replaced them. We plan to have trim replaced and have scheduled Wilkes to do that. We are pleased with his work and work ethic. Thanks!

Garrett Wright was on time and courteous throughout the entire process. He fixed our dated garage door that had been previously repaired by the previous owner. He also suggested replacing the door with an insulated door that is now standard. This would provide better insulation for the garage; good idea we are considering.

We are moving into our new home using the garage as unloading point, and the garage door came off the track and nearly collapsed. We called Precision Door at 900 PM and explained we needed expedited service. They dispatched Garrett Wright by 800AM the next morning. Garrett was professional, courteous and very engaging. It was obvious to us he enjoys his work. He assessed the situation, walked us through various repair options with no pressure, and completed the repair within an hour. We highly recommend Garrett and Precision Door!

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but this is an exception. Our technician Sam did an exemplary job. He was very prompt, personable and professional. He was up front about costs and totally reasonable. He replaced the bent track on my left garage door quickly and efficiently. I could not be more pleased with the service he provided. Bottom line: The garage door is fixed and there was no upselling! I’m also impressed with the communication and method that Precision uses to arrange and confirm appointments. I’m so glad I utilized this business & special kudos to Sam! I could not recommend Precision Door Service of Nashville more.

We found Wilkes, our service man to be very personable and proficient in his job, finding the fix to our garage door problem quickly. We would certainly welcome his return anytime in the future if we ever need his help. We failed to ask him to email a receipt for his effort so if that can be done we would appreciate it.Thank you.
