I called Precision at 7:15 am and the Precision Technician Jack Hodges was at my residence by 9:00 am. Jack was very personable. He inspected my garage door and provided me with an estimate for repairs. I conferred with him regarding options/needs and then after my approval Jack completed the repairs. Two garage door springs were replaces, tension springs, center bearing plate, end plates, cable drums, and tube shaft struts. The work was completed in approximately 1 hour. Jack demonstrated how to lubricate the door semi-annually.

Your technician, Jack Hodges is a very personable young man and was very engaging. He was very professional and precise in recognizing the issue with repairing our garage door that we purchased six years ago. The springs had deteriorated and needed to be replaced - he provided an estimate and we approved it and he completed the work quickly and the garage door opener is working perfectly. I highly recommend Jack as he is awesome!

My garage door opener suddenly 'deprogrammed" itself over the weekend, so I called Precision first thing Monday am. Jonathan Lane was at my house before noon and took care of the quickly and efficiently. He made sure the remotes were working, and also reprogrammed the vehicle. Very attentive service.
