NOTE: This was an ANNUAL SAFETY CHECK, NOT a service/repair visit. EVERYTHING WAS WORKING FINE. Mr. Garrett was knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. He checked the Precision insulated garage door installed earlier this year and the Precision Garage Door Opener installed almost 20 years ago. The opener operates smoothly and quietly despite its age. The insulated garage door keeps garage temperatures above freezing during the most frigid weather and helps the garage stay a bit cooler on hotter days. (My water heater and back-up refrigerator are in the garage, so garage temperature is important).

Repairman was extremely helpful and took extra time to discuss the needed repairs. The response to my initial request for service on your web site at 11pm came within 15 seconds and my request for next day service was recognized and a promise to attempt to work us in was immediately made. We did infact get next day service which took about an hour. Thanks for the over the top attention to our problem!

Jonathan Lane did an outstanding job analyzing and repairing problems with our garage door. He quickly fixed the door opening issue that we called about, and then he evaluated the whole system. He pointed out the concerns he found and helped us understand them. We authorized other repairs and replacements to prevent future problems, and he took care of all of them on that service visit. Jonathan is professional, knowledgeable, customer-oriented and personable. I highly recommend him and his company.

This is the second visit from Precision. Different door this time, but both visits were excellent. Dan was the technician today and he was available earlier than expected but he let me know in plenty of time. He explained the issue and what he was going to do to correct our problem. I agreed and he was clean, quick, and efficient in carrying out his tasks. I would call them again should I have any problem.

We had a new garage door opener installed and the installer showed up promptly and was very courteous and knowledgeable. Our technician went above and beyond to explain the new unit, how it works (new features) and even helped reprogram my vehicles' factory garage door buttons for the new door opener. The new opener functions very smoothly and quietly and we are very pleased. We will do business with this company again for future installations and service work as needed.

Our garage door stopped operating over the weekend which led to a huge inconvenience. I called Precision Garage first thing Monday and they had a technician out to our home first thing Tuesday morning. Jason was called with an ETA and was on time! When he arrived he was polite, friendly and took the time to explain what needed to be repaired. When he finished the work he cleaned up and explained the 9-year warranty. This was second time we've used Precision - the first was to install a new garage door opener. I highly recommend them!

They came an looked at my garage door because the top section was messed up. He said they would call an give me an estimate the next day. Never called or touch bases with me about it. Feel like it was a waste of time calling them or the job was wasting there time.
