NOTE: This was an ANNUAL SAFETY CHECK, NOT a service/repair visit. EVERYTHING WAS WORKING FINE. Mr. Garrett was knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. He checked the Precision insulated garage door installed earlier this year and the Precision Garage Door Opener installed almost 20 years ago. The opener operates smoothly and quietly despite its age. The insulated garage door keeps garage temperatures above freezing during the most frigid weather and helps the garage stay a bit cooler on hotter days. (My water heater and back-up refrigerator are in the garage, so garage temperature is important).

Repairman was extremely helpful and took extra time to discuss the needed repairs. The response to my initial request for service on your web site at 11pm came within 15 seconds and my request for next day service was recognized and a promise to attempt to work us in was immediately made. We did infact get next day service which took about an hour. Thanks for the over the top attention to our problem!

Jonathan Lane did an outstanding job analyzing and repairing problems with our garage door. He quickly fixed the door opening issue that we called about, and then he evaluated the whole system. He pointed out the concerns he found and helped us understand them. We authorized other repairs and replacements to prevent future problems, and he took care of all of them on that service visit. This is the second visit from Precision. Different door this time, but both visits were excellent. Dan was the technician today and he was available earlier than expected but he let me know in plenty of time. He explained the issue and what he was going to do to correct our problem. I agreed and he was clean, quick, and efficient in carrying out his tasks. I would call them again should I have any problem.
