Tony Strickland came out to the house on a Sunday and removed two very low powered door openers that were both having problems every time we turned around and installed two more powerful openers that were the suggested by Tony. It took him all of about four hours to do the job! Finally we have been freed of the frustration of temperamental garage door openers!

This morning I called for a repair of the camera on my garage door controller. By noon, the problem was remedied. Jason did an amazing job! He was prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. I remember our original installation went just as smoothly. Could not recommend a better company to work with.

I called Precision at 7:15 am and the Precision Technician Jack Hodges was at my residence by 9:00 am. Jack was very personable. He inspected my garage door and provided me with an estimate for repairs. I conferred with him regarding options/needs and then after my approval Jack completed the repairs. Two garage door springs were replaces, tension springs, center bearing plate, end plates, cable drums, and tube shaft struts. The work was completed in approximately 1 hour. Jack demonstrated how to lubricate the door semi-annually.

Your technician, Jack Hodges is a very personable young man and was very engaging. He was very professional and precise in recognizing the issue with repairing our garage door that we purchased six years ago. The springs had deteriorated and needed to be replaced - he provided an estimate and we approved it and he completed the work quickly and the garage door opener is working perfectly. I highly recommend Jack as he is awesome!
