Precision Door sent me a text letting me know Jason was on his way and he showed up within the time frame of his text. Within a very short time he discovered the problem, explained to me the situation in a matter of minutes.

The entire process from start to finish was seemless and easy. Garage spring broke one day — called Precision and they made me an appointment the next morning. Jonathan showed up on time (after calling to give me an ETA and receiving an email/text from Precision). Jonathan explained the problem and provided me with a couple of options without any pressure at all. He even completed the work faster than what was expected! Before leaving he provided me with a reminder of the warranty and emailed a detailed receipt. Would 100% recommend Precison again

We got a flag hung in the garage door which knocked it off track & was hanging dangerously. I called another company & it was going to be a week before they could come. My aunt suggested Precision as she had used them before & was very pleased. I called & they sent someone the next day. Lyle Rowan came & gave estimates & talked to me about my options before he did anything. He did a great job repairing my door in record time & was very polite & professional. I will definitely recommend them to my friends. I received texts as to when he would be here & even his picture. Thanks Precision for a job well done.

William inspected and serviced our Precision Garage Door opener. This was a check-up visit - I wasn't experiencing any problems with the opener. He was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and very nice! I also scheduled him to service my son's Garage Door Opener later this week. When it's time to replace your garage door opener, I highly recommend installing a Precision Garage Door Opener. It runs smoothly and is EXTREMELY QUIET. I'd forgotten how quiet it was until I was at my son's new home, which has a Genie brand Garage Door Opener. It's really loud, in comparison.

Robert came out but found everything working fine. One day it wasn't and the next day it was fine. Robert checked everything, explained some things to me. He also discussed options for a new opener. Ours is 17 years old. No charge, but due to Roberts explanations we will probably install a new opener very soon. Great customer service. Robert represents your company well.

Tech was professional and friendly, but three stars only because when I called the person who was scheduling said they checked with the Franklin office and that they definitely were able to replace siding trim on garage doors. But when the technician arrived, he said they don't do that type of work at precision just garage door work. So it sounds like the person scheduling doesn't have the knowledge of what kind of work can be done. I felt like the technician probably could have spent his time better elsewhere and he had to drive 30 minutes to come out and see me. Maybe not the best use of the technician's time. No work was done for my need.

Jason Steele was the tech that came out. Came on time, professional appearance, easy to talk with, explained as he went along. Found the reason for our issue (loose antenna plug) did an inspection of our door, hinges, travel bar etc. full service. Even gave a Senior discount. I would highly recommend Precision and Jason to do your work!!
