I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but this is an exception. Our technician Sam did an exemplary job. He was very prompt, personable and professional. He was up front about costs and totally reasonable. He replaced the bent track on my left garage door quickly and efficiently. I could not be more pleased with the service he provided. Bottom line: The garage door is fixed and there was no upselling! I’m also impressed with the communication and method that Precision uses to arrange and confirm appointments. Jason Steele was the tech that came out. Came on time, professional appearance, easy to talk with, explained as he went along. Found the reason for our issue (loose antenna plug) did an inspection of our door, hinges, travel bar etc. full service. Even gave a Senior discount. Brandon fixed our garage door today. It was a train wreck! It was crooked, the cables were broken and the rollers had jumped the track. He did an overhaul on it in about an hour and a half. Precision performed a complete garage door system overhaul about 2 1/2 years ago. Today I had Technician Brandon Cummings conduct a maintenance check and adjust the operation of the door tracks in order to eliminate excess noise that had begun in the last two months. Service was excellent - quick and effective. The source of the noise was resolved, and there was no charge because the original work was covered by a lifetime warranty.

My tech Stephen was amazing, 5 stars all the way, not only did he come across town at the end of the day, he was delighted and conforting during the repair. He went over all the details before he started and gave me all the options I could pick to have replaced. He went above a beyond during the work and even after by looking over the whole setup to make sure nothing else was out of place or going to faultier in the near future. I would recommend Stephen to anyone lucky enough to have him come by.

5 Stars for sure! The customer service representative was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful when I called to make an appointment. I was so happy that a technician would be able to come out the next morning, which was a Sunday. The technician, Brandon Christensen, arrived on time and called before hand to let me know he was on his way. He was very nice, professional and let me know exactly what was needed to repair my garage door. He did a thorough job & didn't waste time. Well, the reason I called was an emergency. My door rollers had fallen out on one side.{3}. I and a friend could not get it fixed. Your office is in Pegram so I thought the closer the better. Jared, got here and explained the charges to repair. I am not in a position to pay the 300.00 fee. So he listened to me rant and rave and was VERY understanding. I was thankful that he was very professional. He also called in and explained my situation and I was so relieved that that y'all reduced the cost where I could afford the repairs .I also appreciate you taking a check.I WILL RECOMMEND PRECISION GARAGE DOOR. Jared also explained future items i will need to keep my door in good condition. I will call to have that work done. In this day and time people just don't have allot of money for emergency's.
