So far, so good. Competent and professional technicians. Clear estimate and paperwork. I have used Precision at other houses, and would use them again. I’ve ordered a new door and will look forward to its installation.

Got a call from my son stating garage door didn’t open when he got home. Got home from church to find both springs broken. I called Precision and they were able to see us same day, on a Sunday afternoon! John did an excellent explaining findings and options. Went ahead and got the whole door serviced with new heavy duty hardware for peace of mind, and the 10-year warranty is hard to pass up as you won’t find many folks offering that anymore. Great job all around, would recommend without hesitation.

Precision was great! They were able to send someone out quickly on a Sunday and our tech Jonathan was excellent! He offered a quick and affordable solution and even went above and beyond to fix a problem that was installed by the previous homeowner. He went and picked up the needed piece to complete the project and had it done within a few hours. He made a stressful situation much less stressful!

John helped me diagnose and replace a defective outdoor keypad. He worked quickly, and I appreciated the extra effort he made to be sure everything was working properly before he left. Precision Door has been my 'go to' garage service for years because they respond right away. Thank you Precision Door and John.

I had previously used Performance and was pleases with their workmanship. My garage door had been making loud noises and it stopped working this morning. I contacted the office and was able to schedule an appointment for the same day. John the technician called and said he would be at my home within the hour and he arrived promptly. John met with my wife and I and explained the problems. He went over your options and gave us plenty of time to make our decision. We decided to go with a new opener. John installed the opener, explained the functions and installed the codes. I was extremely pleased with the courtesy extended by John and am pleased with my experience with Precision Garage Door Service today.

I appreciate the fact that you do not charge extra on weekends. I called around 1 PM on a Sunday. Someone was here by 2 PM when they said they would be. Door was fixed by 3 PM. Knowledgeable fellow who showed me how to replace the batteries in the outside garage opener and told me that it was easy for the AAA batteries to get corroded.

Precision has been the 'go to' company for servicing my garage door for the past several years. I have never disappointed in their responsiveness to my calls, to the quality of the work their technicians have completed, and to the cost of their services. Their technicians have always taken time to explain the specific need for the services and completed the services in a timely and efficient manor.

Five Stars to John Lane. He communicated well, arrived ontime and quickly without hesitation diagnosed our old garage issues. He then recommended a couple of courses of action. We purchased a new opener and replaced rollers and seals. Install went quickly and in about an hour he was finished. He then thoroughly explained the operation of the unit. Payment was easy. I heartily recommend Precision Gargage Door Company and John Lane. They both were very professional, courteous and exceeded my expections. We selected Precision because of advertising in a local home improvement circular magazine. Thank you for your first class service.

He helped me get the fix that I needed at the time at a decent price that I could afford. Later on down the road, I will need more fixes and I definitely will call Precision Door Service.

John is a very qualified technician - and a nice guy as well. He explained all that was going on with my broken garage door and what it would take to get it working again. We also discussed the age of the door hardware and we did a detailed inspection. After careful consideration, I went ahead and asked for a rebuild of the hardware on the door, in addition to adding a second lift spring. The job only took about 90 minutes and the result was great.

We chose Precision Door because our son just recently had a very positive experience with the company. We called and had an appointment the same day. Jonathon actually arrived early and completed the repairs quickly. He was very personable and efficient. He made one suggestion to improve the garage door performance- no pressure, just a suggestion. We took him up on the suggestion, and Jonathon completed the work in 30 minutes. I was very impressed with everyone I dealt with and very happy with the work completed. I highly recommend Precision Door for your garage door work.

John not only met my expectations, he exceeded it. I would want him to come back some other time to do something else on garage door different from what I called him to do; that would be to make one door to be opened from inside the garage with my remote control. John deserves a promotion.
