I’m from Nashville TN. I recently retired from the Navy after 20 years of service. I have previous experience in the garage door industry and It’s something I enjoyed doing. I’m married with 3 boys. I own Country Lane tree farm in Springfield TN. I spend my free time working on the Farm or doing anything outdoors. I look forward to meeting you.

Five Stars to John Lane. He communicated well, arrived ontime and quickly without hesitation diagnosed our old garage issues. He then recommended a couple of courses of action. We purchased a new opener and replaced rollers and seals. Install went quickly and in about an hour he was finished. He then thoroughly explained the operation of the unit. Payment was easy. I like Precision Door Service because they are efficient and got my many problems solved quickly. I called around 11:30 am and before 3 pm they had came, replaced MANY components of my garage door and gone. Jonathan was very professional. John is a very qualified technician - and a nice guy as well. He explained all that was going on with my broken garage door and what it would take to get it working again. We also discussed the age of the door hardware and we did a detailed inspection. After careful consideration, I went ahead and asked for a rebuild of the hardware on the door, in addition to adding a second lift spring. The job only took about 90 minutes and the result was great.

great communications, called and let me know 30 minutes ahead that they are coming. They did a great job to program the remote controller working correctly. Lubricated the garage door. Fixed rubber bottom as they saw that one piece is broken off. Very professional overall. Great job!

Door wouldn't open or close. Called the company who installed our garage door opener 2 months ago. The tech arrived and could not figure out why it wasn't working. On recommendation from a friend, we called Precision. Jonathan came same day (within a few hours) and looked at the door and new exactly what the problem was. I had a problem with my Raynor opener of 26 years, of not engaging to open/close the door. Set up an appontment for a tech to evaluate. Tech, Jonathan Lane, even arrived early, evaluated either a possible bad capacitor, or the motor itself went bad, aftyer 26 years. I opted for a new moter to start anew, with 2 remotes and a wireless keypad, a manual wall switch and floor sensors. Took about 1 1/4 hr to remove old moter and chain track, and install new track w/motor. I am very pleased with the new equipment, and looking forward to another 25ish years of dependable opener service.
