I own Country Lane tree farm in Springfield TN. I spend my free time working on the Farm or doing anything outdoors. I look forward to meeting you.

The problem was quickly diagnosed. Although we needed a completely new system, we were happy he had the materials needed. We believed the price to be fair. He said the springs needed to be replaced and suggested that due to the age of our opener, we may want to consider replacing. Jonathan was excellent. Very thorough and professional...saved me a few 100 dollars. A previous company wanted to change my springs for $700...and it would not have solved the problem. Some grease got on the rubber sealing trim and became sticky. The door would stick then jerk open in the morning. Rubbing some "Goof Off" on it got rid of the problem. Found Precision in the Value-Pak we get in the mail...with that coupon only $39.95. Definitely quality.

Precision did a great job repairing our garage door. Jonathan was quick to evaluate the problems and complete the work. He was even able to arrive earlier than our originally scheduled appointment, which was great because we were not able to open the door manually and get out.

My garage door broke one day and I was not sure how safe it was for me to repair, as I know the counter-tension springs can be an issue. John came out and looked the door over, pointing out that it was in fact my counter-tension spring that had failed but also took the time to show me which parts were in good shape and which could use replacing. So we made a list and John had everything working again in about an hour. He was knowledgeable, took the time to show and explain everything to me so I understood, and he helped me figure out the best product selections that fit my budget. 5 STARS! Thank you John!
