I am a repeat customer. Today's problem had to do with the garage door not closing with my remote. I went through my normal checks to be sure there was no debris on my sensors but the problem persisted. Jason observed the door closing and saw the problem right away. He corrected the misalignment of my sensor and the problem was fixed. Jason also pointed out some things to watch for due to the age of my doors and gave me a quote so I would know about how much the cost would be. A neighbor saw the Precision truck in my driveway and came to ask for a card because she had good success with their service in the past, but could not remember the company name. She recognized the logo and Jason was happy to provide her with his company contact card. That speaks to the reputation of this company.

The technician was prompt and got right to work. He was very informative in explaining what was wrong with my current door so I could make a decision as how to proceed. Jason was very friendly. He explained how to simply avoid having the issue of sounding like something was rubbing on the track when the door goes down. He reported it was the hinges needed lubricated, advised doing it once every 6 months and what to use. He was honest and did not try to push other services. Would definitely recommend them.

I had two complete garage door systems replaced in 2017 with insulated doors. The fit, and insulation is nearly perfect. I have them serviced every year, and they still operate very quietly. Our garage door stopped operating over the weekend which led to a huge inconvenience. I called Precision Garage first thing Monday and they had a technician out to our home first thing Tuesday morning. Jason was called with an ETA and was on time! When he arrived he was polite, friendly and took the time to explain what needed to be repaired. When he finished the work he cleaned up and explained the 9-year warranty. This was second time we've used Precision - the first was to install a new garage door opener. I highly recommend them!
