Our garage door stopped opening. We reached out to Precision and they were able to come out the following day. Jason replaced my garage door opener, added a fresh rubber bottom to the door, and pointed out an area of my garage door that had a weak attachment and replaced it with a new backet. Extremely quick response to my request for service door was beginning to bind when putting up and coming down. The issue was quickly diagnosed by Jason, recommending the rollers be replaced as maintenance to keep the doors in peak operating condition. Performed the replacement quickly and thoroughly explained how to maintain the doors and keep them in peak condition. I had my garage doors installed in 2012, the quality of the doors and service is the best in the industry.

Had a garage door that was not closing correctly. Sticking, catching. Jason looked at it for approximately 4 to 5 minutes and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in 10 minutes. Knows what he’s doing. Good service, same day. Had a new motor and spring installed 4 years ago and had excellent service at that time, too.
