A few years back I had 2 insulated doors installed along with new openers. Everything went extremely well and the men involved with the estimate and installation were top notch. I’ve had a few service calls performed and each and every time the technicians have been great to work with. Today’s service technician was at my home within 2 hours of me calling. Broke a spring on a 20 year door at 7:00pm on a Friday night. Called Precision and they came out at 8:00am on Saturday morning! Replaced all moving parts at a very reasonable rate. Outstanding customer service, and the technician (Preston) knew what he was doing and very professional! Would highly recommend!

I seldom offer reviews, but regarding Precision Door of Nashville, I feel compelled to. From my initial call to the technician's visit, I was amazed at the promptness and professionalism that PGD displayed. A service technician was dispatched to my home the same day as my call, which is no small feat in this world of personnel shortages. I was texted updates on the ETA of my tech, and even received a call when he arrived. A very special "shout out" goes to technician Robert Barnett. He was personable, obviously talented, and to be honest, I tried to steal him for my own company. PGD of Nashville is the only one to call. Stop reading, and start calling!

I was so pleased with this service. There was a great deal of trouble shooting to be done and Brandon, our tech, was thorough and fixed the problem while doing small things, such as wire covers, to keep all wires need and tidy to prohibit future problems. Brandon was very professional and I love that the company sends information of the upcoming arrival, which includes: Technicians name, and information if you should need to quiz for proof of identity for safety concerns. Also, the pricing was so very reasonable for all of the work. I would highly recommend the company and will use them again if and when needed.

I called, and the phone was answered quickly by a real person. Everyone I talked to was very nice and courteous. My repair man arrived ahead of the time window. He went right to work. Finished quickly. Answered all my questions. Explained what he was doing. I wanted to see information on a new garage door. He had it with him, showed it to me. He was not high pressure. I ordered a new door. I thought the price was in line. He gave me options. All,together it was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend Precision Doors to my friends and family!
