Broke a spring on a 20 year door at 7:00pm on a Friday night. Called Precision and they came out at 8:00am on Saturday morning! Replaced all moving parts at a very reasonable rate. I seldom offer reviews, but regarding Precision Door of Nashville, I feel compelled to. From my initial call to the technician's visit, I was amazed at the promptness and professionalism that PGD displayed. A service technician was dispatched to my home the same day as my call, which is no small feat in this world of personnel shortages. I was texted updates on the ETA of my tech, and even received a call when he arrived. A very special "shout out" goes to technician Robert Barnett. He was personable, obviously talented, and to be honest, I tried to steal him for my own company. PGD of Nashville is the only one to call. Stop reading, and start calling!

I was so pleased with this service. There was a great deal of trouble shooting to be done and Brandon, our tech, was thorough and fixed the problem while doing small things, such as wire covers, to keep all wires need and tidy to prohibit future problems. Brandon was very professional and I love that the company sends information of the upcoming arrival, which includes: Technicians name, and information if you should need to quiz for proof of identity for safety concerns. Also, the pricing was so very reasonable for all of the work. I would highly recommend the company and will use them again if and when needed.

I have had extremely good luck and I’m very happy with my precision garage doors. The keyless and wireless keypad has started going on the blink after all several years of use and so I called precision today. They literally had a technician out there within three hours to replace the keypad. Josh, the technician, has been to my home before and has been nothing but absolutely fantastic. He has Massive knowledge about the product and immediately knew what I needed. I truly do like this company and their service. Keep up the good work!

The tech called to let me know he was running late and then called when he was on his way. I appreciate that. He suggested an upgrade to some parts but didn’t push the issue. A repair I thought wold be expensive was repaired with only a minor adjustment. Overall very pleased with the tech and the service.

Wow I just had a great service tech come to my house. I hired a handyman last month and one of things I needed done was a door adjustment .today I went to open door and would not open all the way. I called Precision Door and Jay the service tech came to my house. He had been working all day and got to the house around 6:30 pm. He was a delight to talk with and knew immediately what was wrong. The adjustment made by handyman was incorrect and I n no time Jay had fixed!!! What a sset to his companyJay serves a pat on the back!!! Great job!!!
