I chose Precision Door Service because I had seen the vans around town. I googled to find a garage door repair place and Precision came up. The reviews were good, so I decided to call. Bella was extremely nice and had a pleasant voice on the front end. She made me want to use the company due to her professionalism. Josh, the technician, was very polite and did excellent work. The tech called to let me know he was running late and then called when he was on his way. I appreciate that. He suggested an upgrade to some parts but didn’t push the issue. A repair I thought wold be expensive was repaired with only a minor adjustment. Overall very pleased with the tech and the service.

Wow I just had a great service tech come to my house. I hired a handyman last month and one of things I needed done was a door adjustment .today I went to open door and would not open all the way. I called Precision Door and Jay the service tech came to my house. He had been working all day and got to the house around 6:30 pm. He was a delight to talk with and knew immediately what was wrong. The adjustment made by handyman was incorrect and I n no time Jay had fixed!!! What a sset to his companyJay serves a pat on the back!!! Great job!!!

Needed to have one of my garage doors looked at because it was not closing all the time (interrupted signal). Jon (my technician) came out and diagnosed a problem with the circuit board on the motor and replaced it for me. Came back later the same day to fix a short that still persisted. Very happy with the follow up and the service.

I had used Precision in the past to repair a broken spring, and the service was so quick and good that when we decided to upgrade to an insulated garage door the decision of who to use was so easy to make in favor of Precision. I had two neighbors inquire about who installed "that good looking garage door" and would I recommend the installer? Easy to recommend Precision.

I have had extremely good luck and I’m very happy with my precision garage doors. The keyless and wireless keypad has started going on the blink after all several years of use and so I called precision today. They literally had a technician out there within three hours to replace the keypad. Josh, the technician, has been to my home before and has been nothing but absolutely fantastic. He has Massive knowledge about the product and immediately knew what I needed. I truly do like this company and their service. Keep up the good work!
