Technician took the time to explain possible options for my particular situation. Very informative and enlightening. After deciding on the work to be done and price the tech started and was very thorough and professional. He made sure everything worked properly before leaving. Dan, Justin just completed repairing our garage door, and I was very pleased with his approach to the job, i.e. explaining the problem and the options available to me with regards to the repairs and the associated cost. Once we decided on a way forward, he was very efficent in his approach and as well, demonstrated that he was an excellent techician in carring out the repair process. You are very fortunate to have a Technician like Justin working for you. Prompt reliable service. Our technician, Thomas Hoffman, was polite, on time, and did a great job on installation of new garage door opener. He even took the time to help program car buttons for new door. Cleaned up all material afterwards.

Today I contacted Precision to inquire about replacing the rubber at the bottom of the garage door. The technician whose name I did not get was here within two hours. Within another two hours he had assessed our garage door needs, which exceeded what I had called for, and had completed all the repairs. I found out that he is a veteran with considerable service. His strong work ethic was clearly the result, at least in part, of his experience.

From start to finish a great experience. Had them come and assess a broken door and motor. The technician was honest about my options as to what fixing it would look like vs buying an entire new system. I decided to buy a new system and the installer who came out was also very nice and professional, and my new system is great.
