Brandon was our technician. He was on time, thorough and friendly. He was great and I will not hesitate to contact PGDS again when we need service. We just happened to have another vendor here to do some roof repair at the same time and it was ironic that Brandon was so nice and professional and the other contractor just complained about having to work. I was quoted over the phone $79-$179. When the technician got to my house he wrote me a quote for $600! He said that was the bare minimum, he wrote me a quote for "what is really needed to get done" which was for $1000! I got it fixed by an honest technician from another company for $140 and it works great.

I felt like the technician was very friendly. He did a good job with the install. I am not thoroughly convinced he knew how to diagnose my problem and maybe we went overboard in the "fix". It was definitely very pricey $555. My problem was that my garage door would intermittently not lift. I also felt my initial wiring was too fragile so I asked him to replace the eyes.

We had an excellent experience with the repair. We really appreciate the photos of the technician being provided before they get to the house. In this day and age one never quite knows who to trust. To have their photo provided is a great idea. That is the first time we have ever had that feature. Our tech was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I'm sorry I do not recall his name.
