He was friendly easy to work with and very professional, he was able to get the problem taken care of in no time. Now the button on the wall is working correctly and the key pad is working properly. He said the springs needed to be replaced and suggested that due to the age of our opener, we may want to consider replacing. Lyle did a great job of communicating with me he explained all my options and gave me a great price for all that had to be done. He was very efficient and professional and finished the job in a very timely manner I would definitely hire this company again and would ask for Lyle to do the job too. Preston, my garage door tech, was fantastic. Super nice and helpful with a smile on his face. He was honest with me about the process of finding the problem and had to come out 2x to address the situation with the motor. We replaced the main board and are hoping this resolve the door opening and closing on it's own. I definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

My very old garage door was not operating very safely. Precision installed my door back in 2008 so it was time for an overhaul. I called customer service and they responded immediately. Aaron Palarello was assigned as the technician. What a blessing! Aaron was so helpful and professional to this grandmother that needed a kind soul to explain what was needed. When I asked when he could come back and install it he told me give him two hours and it will be like a new door. I love the new silent opener and the updated features even I could understand. Thank you Precision for a door that will last.
