Jonathan Lane was the Technician that came out to do service on our garage door opener. He was friendly easy to work with and very professional, he was able to get the problem taken care of in no time. Now the button on the wall is working correctly and the key pad is working properly. Jonathan Lane arrived at our home within 2 hours of our calling for service. He said the springs needed to be replaced and suggested that due to the age of our opener, we may want to consider replacing. Lyle did a great job of communicating with me he explained all my options and gave me a great price for all that had to be done. Preston, my garage door tech, was fantastic. Super nice and helpful with a smile on his face. He was honest with me about the process of finding the problem and had to come out 2x to address the situation with the motor. We replaced the main board and are hoping this resolve the door opening and closing on it's own. I definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Jason replaced my garage door opener, added a fresh rubber bottom to the door, and pointed out an area of my garage door that had a weak attachment and replaced it with a new backet. I set my appt online, got a quick message back confirming the appt. Got a text with the tech's name (Preston Waddell in this case/ Great Guy!) his arrival time etc. Got another notification when he arrived. Really liked the communication. Really liked the tech also. He was very knowledgeable, took the time to check everything and worked with us on getting the repairs done that we needed. I would highly suggest asking for Preston if you need service for your garage door!
