it was Friday afternoon when I got home and garage door spring broke, I found precision through google, reviews were very good so I called and she said someone could come that night. The technician Victor called to give me an ETA and arrived about when he said he would, he was very courteous and professional he had my door fixed very quickly. great service and great price. I would use them again.

I just happened to google Precision and was glad I did. I called on a Friday afternoon before Labor Day thinking we would just have to deal with the garage door issue until after the holiday. However a technician was dispatched that evening and the issue was corrected. Todd did a great job and most likely will be upgrading our system soon with Precision. Thank you for your service.
