Had a service call for a repair estimate done on 7/21/2020 and as of 7/31/2020 I have not received any information regarding the repair. I called on 7/27 and was told it would be sent via e-mail that day. still nothing.

Had a great experience with Precision Door today. I called one day and they were here the next and on time. My tech was Jason and he solved the garage door problem and also took the time to discuss with me maintenance that I can do one a semi-annual basis to keep the door in good working condition. Really appreciate the promptness the company provided and would definitely recommend them and him.
