After the visit of your specialist, I've been informed that your delivery time for a new garage door is 20 weeks!! Waste of money ($65) and time. Such long delivery times should be declared before visit.

Thank you for leaving us a review. Our customer service team strives to give accurate information to the best of their knowledge. Considering this appointment was booked as a door repair - not a door estimate, the lead times were not discussed. Due to the global pandemic and major issues with supply chains, the extended lead times for new doors have certainty been a struggle...not only for the garage door industry, but most all industries. Unfortunately, this is out of our control. We have reached out to you so that we can discuss your options but have not heard back. Please call us at (615) 350-9994. Thank you - Management.

Until recently we have found our service exemplary. We would call and get an immediate response and service. My wife called on multiple occasions to speak with a technician about reprogramming a keypad on our garage but no one would call her back. Once we gave up and scheduled a full service call we got immediate attention. And a bill for for $65.00 for a 5 minute service visit. I find this to be an ownership issue and all of the technicians we have had have been excellent.

,
Work was great, but you really overpriced everything. You charged me $749.00 for springs that I could have gotten from Amazon for $100.00. I guess you just like taking advantage of older women.

onsite service first rate - customer service on the initial call SEVERELY lacking, grossly understated the estimated cost, by almost a factor of 2

Service response was great. Price was way too high. Should have been about a third of what was charged. Will not call again unless in an emergency.

Company was quick to come out but I must say a single size door spring/bearing replacement and about 20-25 minutes labor $430+ is very high. Had no choice since I could not get the car out. If I have further needs, I will definitely look around.
