A neighbor of mine once told me that he used Precision Door to fix a major problem with his broken garage door. While they were at his home, he had them change out some rollers, springs, the overhead track and other issues as well. I now have a garage door that is quiet as a mouse when it is raised and lowered. He even reset my garage door keypad code and the remotes built into two new autos' that I owned. Jason was very friendly. He explained how to simply avoid having the issue of sounding like something was rubbing on the track when the door goes down. He reported it was the hinges needed lubricated, advised doing it once every 6 months and what to use. He was honest and did not try to push other services. Would definitely recommend them.

I called Precision at 8:30 AM on a Sunday. The lady on the phone was polite, efficient, and knew her job. She quickly got me an appointment between 10 and 12 that day! Tony Strickland came out. He thoroughly accessed all the garage door components and explained everything. There was no sales pressure to buy items that weren't necessary. He allowed me to watch the entire repair because I was interested. My garage door never worked this good before. Tony was professional and friendly. Thanks Tony.
