Our technician, Jonathan Lane, was professional, skilled, and respectful of our home and property! Mr. Lane gave us ample heads up that he was on his way. He arrived in a timely manner with respect to our service window. Mr. Lane stayed until the job was done, and he performed the job well and was patient in answering our questions. Jonathan came out today to service my garage door. He was here on time. I had lost power to it. I have used Precision Garage Door repair when I lived in Florida and they did a fabulous job. When I began having garage door issues here in Tennessee I didn’t even consider calling another company. The tech person, Kendrick, was right on schedule, was friendly, and was very knowledgeable about the issues, He quickly fixed the problem and made some suggested improvements. I purchased the improvements and am very glad I did! I recommend this company for anyone having issues with their garage door/s. Customer service is amazing.

Jason was very friendly. He explained how to simply avoid having the issue of sounding like something was rubbing on the track when the door goes down. He reported it was the hinges needed lubricated, advised doing it once every 6 months and what to use. He was honest and did not try to push other services. Would definitely recommend them.

I called Precision at 8:30 AM on a Sunday. The lady on the phone was polite, efficient, and knew her job. She quickly got me an appointment between 10 and 12 that day! Tony Strickland came out. He thoroughly accessed all the garage door components and explained everything. There was no sales pressure to buy items that weren't necessary. He allowed me to watch the entire repair because I was interested. My garage door never worked this good before. Tony was professional and friendly. Thanks Tony. I'll be asking for you again if need arises.
