The work was great and the installation went really well. Not really happy about the price. The estimate came in $150 more that other bids for the same type of springs and other work that needed to be done. We appreciate you bringing the cost down a bit but still were higher than other companies. The Tech deserves a thumbs up!

The serviceman Jason Steele came to repair our garage door. But after he took a look and replaced our track we decided to buy a new door. He was very nice and professional but not pushy. Will give 4 stars for Jason. I can not comment on the door because it will take 28 weeks before we get it. The track Jason put allows us to use our door for now.

Prompt excellent service. Turns out there was no antenna wire, but that is odd since the unit holding the wire was installed as new on the previous visit. Admittedly we have had this problem since that unit was installed, but why was it installed without the wire? Also the report I just received said that the door was off the track, and it was not. Finally, I think there should be an easy way to release the door when the power to the house goes out and you need to get out of the garage; that was the reason for the call in the first place. If the power goes out again, and the car is in the garage at that time, we will be in the same boat.

The service man was great. He actually called and asked to come a little earlier than our appointment. He was very knowledgable and efficient. He also helped us understand a little more about what caused the problem with our door. We only wish that he had worn a mask as we have health issues and are seriously staying at home to avoid contact with other people right now.

The Tech replaced our old, broken garage door opener system with a new one, converting it to a torsion system in the process. It ended up being challenging work as he had to make a number of adjustments, but he was friendly and courteous throughout. My one small complaint is that he put in a new opener without checking to see where our attic door was first! We had to cut off some of the attic door wood to be able to open it. But, we have a small garage, and it's a minor complaint. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend this company.

Technician Thomas was professional and knowledge about his job. Got my garage door up and running in about 30 minutes. Would have given 5 stars but I felt the fees was somewhat pricey.

Our technician Brandon came out and was great to deal with and explained everything that was needed and also why certain other things needed to be done as well and it made sense. He was very professional and patient while I waited on an answer on whether we wanted to do the additional work. He fixed the garage door and springs very promptly. My only comment of concern is not related to Brandon but instead those that take the calls and set up the appointments. They do seem to under quote or mis-communicate the prices as noted by other reviews. They should be a little more versed on the products and the possibilities that additional costs may be warranted and make potential customers aware ahead of time so they don't think repairs will cost around $150 and wind up being $500 - $750 instead. However, based on the excellent service, warranties, guarantees, etc I will definitely recommend the company to others.
