I believe this is the third time I used Precision Door Service. Jonathan Lane is excellent in getting the repair done, yet explaining that an upgrade has its advantages. There is never any pressure to purchase anything I don't want and I feel confident the information I receive is accurate and in my best interest. I would highly recommend this service and John Lane. I'm hard to please and believe in good customer service, so when I'm impressed it's saying something. Thank you.

All of my expectations were met. I have used Precision since 2010 and have always been completely satisfied with the work they did. The technician who came today, Jason, was outstanding. He was on time (matter of fact, finished the job before my appt. sooner than expected and he was able to come earlier than scheduled), courteous and knowledgeable. Very professional and very helpful. He explained the problem and told me exactly what he would be doing to fix it. He is an excellent representative of your company. I would not hesitate to refer your company.

I called on a Thursday afternoon and had a technician (Kendrick Travis) show up a little after 8 am the next morning. Travis was nice and friendly and explained things well. He got right to work and solved the problem in a few hours. I am impressed by the service I got.

When calling Precision we expected a technician to be able to come in a few days. We were delighted to have Preston Waddell arrive the same day. He evaluated our needs and discussed the options available to resolve the problem. We purchased a new garage door opener and keypad replacing the ones we had used for more than 25 years. Preston was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. He certainly represents your company well. From the moment the phone was answered to the completion of the installation our experience could not have been better.

Our garage door stopped working. I called to schedule an appointment. The technician Jack was professional, knowledgeable and helpful! After he did some testing of our equipment, he recommended several solutions to resolve the issue and explained the pros/cons. We chose the solution and he quickly made the necessary repairs. Very pleased with the results!

My garage door broke one day and I was not sure how safe it was for me to repair, as I know the counter-tension springs can be an issue. John came out and looked the door over, pointing out that it was in fact my counter-tension spring that had failed but also took the time to show me which parts were in good shape and which could use replacing. So we made a list and John had everything working again in about an hour. He was knowledgeable, took the time to show and explain everything to me so I understood, and he helped me figure out the best product selections that fit my budget. 5 STARS! Thank you John!
