Our garage door wasn’t opening, the error message indicated the sensor was blocked. There was nothing visible so I called Precision Door. They sent out a technician the next day. Our technician was Kendrick, he arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He was able to resolve our issue and everything works great. I have always been pleased with the service provided by Precision Door

I believe this is the third time I used Precision Door Service. Jonathan Lane is excellent in getting the repair done, yet explaining that an upgrade has its advantages. All of my expectations were met. I have used Precision since 2010 and have always been completely satisfied with the work they did. The technician who came today, Jason, was outstanding. He was on time (matter of fact, finished the job before my appt. sooner than expected and he was able to come earlier than scheduled), courteous and knowledgeable. Very professional and very helpful. He explained the problem and told me exactly what he would be doing to fix it. He is an excellent representative of your company. I would not hesitate to refer your company.

When calling Precision we expected a technician to be able to come in a few days. We were delighted to have Preston Waddell arrive the same day. He evaluated our needs and discussed the options available to resolve the problem. We purchased a new garage door opener and keypad replacing the ones we had used for more than 25 years. Preston was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. He certainly represents your company well.
