Very prompt service for a jammed garage door chain/trolley assembly. Wilkes was very pleasant and explained all our options for the repair. This company is the best!! My garage door broke at 4:00 on Saturday afternoon with my car in it, and I had to get to work later that evening. The gentleman at the call center was so helpful and he found a serviceman who was actually on his way home but was willing to come to my house and assess what could be done. Garrett Wright was there within an hour and was able to repair it, replacing the entire spring assembly in less than 90 minutes!! I have also posted this on my subdivision's Facebook page so everyone knows how incredible this company is. Thank you all for your great service!!

I bought a house that had a nonfunctioning garage door keypad as well as a non-functioning wall-mounted opener inside. The remote I had been given worked when it felt like it. A friend recommended Precision Garage Door, and when I called, they were able to give me an appointment for the next day! Sam with Precision was punctual, courteous and quite competent. He solved all of the problems I had with the garage door and the openers in under an hour for a reasonable amount. I was quite pleased.

I am a repeat customer. Today's problem had to do with the garage door not closing with my remote. I went through my normal checks to be sure there was no debris on my sensors but the problem persisted. Jason observed the door closing and saw the problem right away. He corrected the misalignment of my sensor and the problem was fixed. Jason also pointed out some things to watch for due to the age of my doors and gave me a quote so I would know about how much the cost would be. A neighbor saw the Precision truck in my driveway and came to ask for a card because she had good success with their service in the past, but could not remember the company name. She recognized the logo and Jason was happy to provide her with his company contact card. That speaks to the reputation of this company.
