We have used Precision Garage Door Service for different issues. However, the last one involved the track not being aligned properly. Each service call has always been handled professionally and on time. Jay has been our technician, and has always been very knowledgeable about the problem. Preston Waddell came to my house to replace springs and a new belt drive operator. I can't say enough about the expertise and workmanship. He even trimmed the emergency pull cord and burned the end of the nylon cord so it wouldn't fray in the future. I will always ask for him if more service is ever needed, he is the true definition of a professional. Thank you, Preston.
