I called because of a broken spring. Shane Follis was able to come out the same day and repaired our door. He explained our options to us and set to work. The work was done well and we are happy with the repair and his professionalism. Will definitely recommend Precision.

The technician Lawrence Palmer was waiting for me upon my arrival. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Went over all my options, explained each one, answered all questions and didn't try and pressure me into buying of the options. It was a nice experience. Found you in Yellow Pages. Amazed at quick response. Repairman was very nice and did a good job. Only down side was the price. Last time we needed this done was 20 years ago and it was half that price. But I guess everything has gone up. Will call you again, if need be.

James was obvioulsy very knowlegeable of what he does repairing garage doors. He was fast and courtious. He explained everything he did and cleaned up as he progressed with repairing my Garage Door. I definitely rate James as 5 Stars. My garage door being broken was not a pleasant experience, however James went out of his way to get to my house well before the appointed time and even had to wait on me to get home to let him in. To make matters worse, he was feeling ill, but still worked fast to complete the work. Kudos for James :)

I found Precision on the Web and decided to use their services based on the reviews. Our technician (Cole) called 20 minutes before arrival and did arrive on time. Cole diagnosed the problem and had the complete repair finished within an 1.5 hours. Cole answered all of our questions, was pleasant to deal with, completed quality work quickly, and left us with some good information we may need in the future. Overall a great experience.

Troy arrived 10 minutes early for appointment. After a complete inspection and maintenance of the garage door, Troy explained possible issues to look for as my garage door ages and maintenance I can do to keep it operating well. Because of his professionalism, I decided purchase from Precision and have installed a replacement garage door opener. Troy installed it in under two hours and made sure my car's system was synced to it. He also tested the system, including the outside door remote, to ensure it was all up to standard. I am 100% satisfied with Precision and will continue to use them in the future.
