James knew exactly what to do and found other worn parts as well which would be giving me problems in the near future. James went about his work and the door has never worked better. and quite too. I found Precision on the Web and decided to use their services based on the reviews. Our technician (Cole) called 20 minutes before arrival and did arrive on time. Cole diagnosed the problem and had the complete repair finished within an 1.5 hours. Cole answered all of our questions, was pleasant to deal with, completed quality work quickly, and left us with some good information we may need in the future. Overall a great experience.
