Exceeded expectations! My spring broke in the afternoon, and they were available to come first thing the next morning. They were prompt, had all the tools/parts to repair it immediately, and left it even better than before. Our technician, Kendrick, was top notch. Very knowledgeable and very kind! Lastly, I really appreciated the email with our tech’s profile (his “about me”) - I knew exactly who was coming and it certainly made me feel more comfortable and our tech more personable! 10/10!

I am very pleased with how quickly someone showed up to repair my garage doors within a few hours of my call. I did end up needing new openers which really didn't surprise me since the ones I had were about 25 years old. My installer, Jason, was friendly and knowledgeable about the products. He had two door opening system replaced within a few hours. He was very efficient and neat. I would certainly recommend this company.

Yesterday was the 2nd time I have used these people to repair my garage doors. Both times I have been so pleased with these people. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Daniel Dawson came yesterday. He was on time, quickly fixed my problem, and did a quick overall inspection. I felt comfortable that I was in good knowledgeable hands. He was a neat clean guy with a customer pleasing attitude. I've had several projects going on at home and not all have turned out as well as my dealings with Precision Garage. If I ever need service again, I would use these people and have no problem referring others.

The service technician was very efficient and worked very quickly, in fact wore me out how quickly he was working. He explained everything to me from my repair options and their costs, to why parts needed to be replaced to how to operate the system when finished. He replaced everything except the rails spring and the door itself. The technician, D.D., is a real professional.

The tension cable that assist the garage door in opening and closing had jumped off the cable drum. The technician that answered the call was able to get the door down and get the cable back on the drum without a great deal of difficulty. Precision had installed a new door spring and rollers about two years ago and honored the warranty without charging for a service call. I was very pleased with the service and speed of the service. I called about 6 PM, on a Friday and they were at my house at 11 AM on Saturday morning. I highly recommend this company.
