I called on Thursday for a failed garage door. I was given an appointment for Friday afternoon between 4pm and 6pm. The technician, Sam Lankford, called me around 3pm to ask if he could come early. He got here in 20 min. and started to assess the situation. He had all the parts with him and proceeded to repair the track. Once he was done he adjusted everything. The door works now very quietly and seals nicely. Thank you Precision and technician Sam Lankford for a great job. Sam Taylor They also offer a discount to military and veterans.

Sam reviewed the issues he saw with my door opener and gave me three options of what I might do to either alleviate some of the problems or correct the problems. I have been a customer of Precision Doors for many years, slowly replacing original to the house non-Precision Door openers and parts, and removing a board accidentally placed by me blocking the safety beam of the electric eye. I am very satisfied with my service call today. First of all, Landon was on time; secondly, he diagnosed my problem; thirdly, he explained all my options and the different costs involved; fourthly he knew what he was doing,in spite of my snoopervision; fourthly, he was very conscientious in doing a good job; and a very important thing about Landon, is that he has a wonderful personality. I got a new spring, remote, keypad, cables, and belt drive door opener.

I had two complete garage door systems replaced in 2017 with insulated doors. The fit, and insulation is nearly perfect. I have them serviced every year, and they still operate very quietly. Exceeded expectations! My spring broke in the afternoon, and they were available to come first thing the next morning. They were prompt, had all the tools/parts to repair it immediately, and left it even better than before. Our technician, Kendrick, was top notch. Very knowledgeable and very kind! Lastly, I really appreciated the email with our tech’s profile (his “about me”) - I knew exactly who was coming and it certainly made me feel more comfortable and our tech more personable! 10/10!

I am very pleased with how quickly someone showed up to repair my garage doors within a few hours of my call. I did end up needing new openers which really didn't surprise me since the ones I had were about 25 years old. My installer, Jason, was friendly and knowledgeable about the products. He had two door opening system replaced within a few hours. He was very efficient and neat. I would certainly recommend this company.

Yesterday was the 2nd time I have used these people to repair my garage doors. Both times I have been so pleased with these people. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Daniel Dawson came yesterday. He was on time, quickly fixed my problem, and did a quick overall inspection. I felt comfortable that I was in good knowledgeable hands. He was a neat clean guy with a customer pleasing attitude. I've had several projects going on at home and not all have turned out as well as my dealings with Precision Garage. If I ever need service again, I would use these people and have no problem referring others.

The service technician was very efficient and worked very quickly, in fact wore me out how quickly he was working. He explained everything to me from my repair options and their costs, to why parts needed to be replaced to how to operate the system when finished.
