There is only praise for the maintenance visit I received this week. The technician, Jack, arrived on time and presented himself professionally with superb communication skills. After a few minutes it was obvious he had a deep knowledge of the power system on my doors and an interest in solving the problem. Without reservation I recommend Precision!

I called Precision at 8:30 AM on a Sunday. The lady on the phone was polite, efficient, and knew her job. She quickly got me an appointment between 10 and 12 that day! Tony Strickland came out. He thoroughly accessed all the garage door components and explained everything. There was no sales pressure to buy items that weren't necessary. He allowed me to watch the entire repair because I was interested. My garage door never worked this good before. Tony was professional and friendly. Thanks Tony. I'll be asking for you again if need arises.

I had a problem with my door slamming down hard. I did not know who to call, so I read the reviews on your company and most of them were positive. When I called all my information was taken and within a couple of hours Kendrick the service technician showed up. This was the most positive individual I met. He was a very professional person and respectful. I explained the problem I was having and he explained what he was going to do to solve my issue. I found him to be very dedicated in his job. He repaired the problem and explained what happened. I most definitely will use your company in the future.

Jonathan was excellent. Very thorough and professional...saved me a few 100 dollars. A previous company wanted to change my springs for $700...and it would not have solved the problem. Some grease got on the rubber sealing trim and became sticky. The door would stick then jerk open in the morning. Rubbing some "Goof Off" on it got rid of the problem. Found Precision in the Value-Pak we get in the mail...with that coupon only $39.95. Definitely quality.

He was honest with me about the process of finding the problem and had to come out 2x to address the situation with the motor. My garage door failed, rendering it unusable. I was able to book an appointment on-line for the next day in the 10:00-Noon time frame, which pleasantly surprised me. I chose Precision GDS on the basis of their advertising and reviews with my fingers crossed, hoping for the best. Turns out I had nothing to worry about. At about 10:00 that next day, Kendrick Travis called to say he was about 40 minutes out, which proved to be an accurate estimate. We talked on the phone for a few minutes about the nature of the door failure, so Kendrick was already thinking ahead about the problem, which is exactly what I wanted him to do. What can I say? Kendrick was instantly likeable, not just friendly, he was affable and thoroughly competent. It took him a little over 2 hours to complete the repair. I rigorously tested the door after the repair and could find no issue with the repair so Kendrick left me in Happy Camper mode. I hope Precision GDS recognizes that Kendrick is the kind of employee that both you and I want on the job.
