I have read many good recommendations for Precision Garage Door on Nextdoor, so when I accidentally backed into my garage door due to a garage door malfunction, I decided to give them a call. Customer service was very nice and made an appointment that same day. Jason Skillern came when he said he would and fixed the door and installed a new garage door opener. Excellent service!

I have been a customer of Precision Doors for many years, slowly replacing original to the house non-Precision Door openers and parts, and removing a board accidentally placed by me blocking the safety beam of the electric eye. I am very satisfied with my service call today. First of all, Landon was on time; secondly, he diagnosed my problem; thirdly, he explained all my options and the different costs involved; fourthly he knew what he was doing,in spite of my snoopervision; fourthly, he was very conscientious in doing a good job; and a very important thing about Landon, is that he has a wonderful personality. I got a new spring, remote, keypad, cables, and belt drive door opener.

My garage door was noisy and struggling to open. The counterbalance was off. Landon Baker quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the counterbalance/springs for both of my garage doors and now they open and close smoothly and quietly.

Love Precision, they are prompt, informative , Send photos of the technician so you know who is coming to the door. They don't subcontract so their work is done by them and not someone else. great communications, called and let me know 30 minutes ahead that they are coming. They did a great job to program the remote controller working correctly. Lubricated the garage door. Fixed rubber bottom as they saw that one piece is broken off. Very professional overall. Great job!
