My very old garage door was not operating very safely. Precision installed my door back in 2008 so it was time for an overhaul. I called customer service and they responded immediately. Aaron Palarello was assigned as the technician. What a blessing! Aaron was so helpful and professional to this grandmother that needed a kind soul to explain what was needed. When I asked when he could come back and install it he told me give him two hours and it will be like a new door. I love the new silent opener and the updated features even I could understand. Thank you Precision for a door that will last.

The technician was courteous, called me and asked to come early if convenient (it was!), and very efficient. He was a nice man, told me of various issues and how he could repair them with my ok. Work was excellent, he explained how to set up the entry pad and program it which I did at his direction, replaced parts I didn't know were wearing until he pointed them out. Met expectations. Sam Langford came and installed a new lift master garage door opener. He did a good job. He did a check of the door and all, which I had not asked for but was included. It was a bit pricey, more than I thought it would be however it was all done very well.
