I had previously used Performance and was pleases with their workmanship. My garage door had been making loud noises and it stopped working this morning. I contacted the office and was able to schedule an appointment for the same day. John the technician called and said he would be at my home within the hour and he arrived promptly. John met with my wife and I and explained the problems. He went over your options and gave us plenty of time to make our decision. We decided to go with a new opener. John installed the opener, explained the functions and installed the codes.
