When the spring broke on our garage door our cars were trapped inside. We needed the spring repaired as soon as possible. Precision was able to send someone out in just a couple of hours. Jason was prompt and very professional. He explained everything to us in detail and had the repair completed quickly. We are very happy with the service.

I called Precision at 7:15 am and the Precision Technician Jack Hodges was at my residence by 9:00 am. Jack was very personable. He inspected my garage door and provided me with an estimate for repairs. I conferred with him regarding options/needs and then after my approval Jack completed the repairs. Two garage door springs were replaces, tension springs, center bearing plate, end plates, cable drums, and tube shaft struts. The work was completed in approximately 1 hour. Jack demonstrated how to lubricate the door semi-annually.

When calling Precision we expected a technician to be able to come in a few days. We were delighted to have Preston Waddell arrive the same day. He evaluated our needs and discussed the options available to resolve the problem. We purchased a new garage door opener and keypad replacing the ones we had used for more than 25 years. Dillon, in Sales came to our home twice; always courteous, professional and answered our many questions. Shane, who installed the door, worked quickly and efficiently taking out the old and installed the new in about two hours. The door itself is beautiful, insulated, adds light to our garage and beauty to our home. Did I mention quiet? We have an entire new garage door system that we'll enjoy for years. I called this morning because the garage door wouldn't work. An appt was available this afternoon. Preston came and diagnosed the problems, explained what was needed to fix the door. He worked in the very hot garage for about 1 1/2 hrs. The temp was 102 degrees. He was so personable, knowledgeable, efficient, hard-working, & got the job done.
