One of our springs broke while I was out of town. Precision came highly recommended by a friend. I filled out their form online and was able to book an appointment for the next day. The service manager arrived on time and in company-branded clothes and a company truck. He assessed the situation, explained the root cause, and then patiently explained my options. He completed the repairs quickly and with careful attention to detail. I'm impressed and will be calling Precision again.

These folks installed our Liftmaster garage door openers in 2021. There have been a couple of service calls since, and they always quickly schedule the service, arrive on time, diagnose and repair the problem in a timely manner, and are unfailingly polite and helpful. This current repair turned out not to be needed after all. They were nice enough not to charge a service call fee. Very pleased with this company for years.

I called on Thursday for a failed garage door. I was given an appointment for Friday afternoon between 4pm and 6pm. The technician, Sam Lankford, called me around 3pm to ask if he could come early. He got here in 20 min. and started to assess the situation. He had all the parts with him and proceeded to repair the track. Once he was done he adjusted everything.
