Great service. Had Saturday hours which was VERY helpful as getting in and out of our house without the garage door is difficult (as our system was broke). Aaron was great to work with— helpful, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and explained things well. He did a great job repairing our garage door putting in a new system, and was great explaining things along the way how long it would take and what the manufacturer warranty was and such. Great experience!

I am a repeat customer. Today's problem had to do with the garage door not closing with my remote. I went through my normal checks to be sure there was no debris on my sensors but the problem persisted. Jason observed the door closing and saw the problem right away. He corrected the misalignment of my sensor and the problem was fixed. Jason also pointed out some things to watch for due to the age of my doors and gave me a quote so I would know about how much the cost would be. A neighbor saw the Precision truck in my driveway and came to ask for a card because she had good success with their service in the past, but could not remember the company name. She recognized the logo and Jason was happy to provide her with his company contact card. That speaks to the reputation of this company.

I have used Precision Garage Door repair when I lived in Florida and they did a fabulous job. When I began having garage door issues here in Tennessee I didn’t even consider calling another company. The tech person, Kendrick, was right on schedule, was friendly, and was very knowledgeable about the issues, He quickly fixed the problem and made some suggested improvements. I purchased the improvements and am very glad I did! I recommend this company for anyone having issues with their garage door/s. Customer service is amazing.

Jonathan Lane did an outstanding job analyzing and repairing problems with our garage door. He quickly fixed the door opening issue that we called about, and then he evaluated the whole system. He pointed out the concerns he found and helped us understand them. We authorized other repairs and replacements to prevent future problems, and he took care of all of them on that service visit. This is the second visit from Precision. Different door this time, but both visits were excellent. Dan was the technician today and he was available earlier than expected but he let me know in plenty of time. He explained the issue and what he was going to do to correct our problem. I agreed and he was clean, quick, and efficient in carrying out his tasks. I would call them again should I have any problem.

I had a problem with my Raynor opener of 26 years, of not engaging to open/close the door. Set up an appontment for a tech to evaluate. Tech, Jonathan Lane, even arrived early, evaluated either a possible bad capacitor, or the motor itself went bad, aftyer 26 years. I opted for a new moter to start anew, with 2 remotes and a wireless keypad, a manual wall switch and floor sensors. Took about 1 1/4 hr to remove old moter and chain track, and install new track w/motor. I am very pleased with the new equipment, and looking forward to another 25ish years of dependable opener service.
