We were in a bind last night when a snake got trapped in a could and it cause the door to come off track and broke numerous parts. Precision got us a quick appointment for the morning. Had to replace my 18 year opener. Called Precision Door, and had the opener installed in just a few hours. The tech quoted a price and options to the dollar. The warranty, price and service time was excellent. I called and within 3 hours the service tech Robert arrived and fixed our issue. We had to replace 2 key pads and he took care of that and also checked the garage doors to make sure there were not any other issues. He was very professional and explained everything before he did any work. Would highly reccomend this company.

I called and the Customer Service Rep was very courteous and professional and she was able to schedule my service the next day between 8-10. The Service Tech (Jonathan) called to let me n=know that he was on his way and be here in 30 mins. Right on time. I told him what the door was doing and he inspected the door and track and let me know what might be the problem. He mentioned what needed to be down and he gave me an estimated cost of of that needed to be done. I let him know to go a head and repair and replace that needed to be fixed. Jonathan had it all completed in 30mins and it runs GREAT! Thank you Jonathan and Thank you Precision Garage Door Service.

Prompt excellent service. Turns out there was no antenna wire, but that is odd since the unit holding the wire was installed as new on the previous visit. Admittedly we have had this problem since that unit was installed, but why was it installed without the wire? Also the report I just received said that the door was off the track, and it was not. Finally, I think there should be an easy way to release the door when the power to the house goes out and you need to get out of the garage; that was the reason for the call in the first place. If the power goes out again, and the car is in the garage at that time, we will be in the same boat.
