I dealt with Precision before to have my garage door springs replaced and was satisfied with the service then. This time they came out to repair the garage door. The tech, Brandon, was on time, very friendly and knowledgeable. He had my garage door repaired in like five minutes. I'm thinking of replacing my garage door and if I do I will be going with Precision.

Precision Garage Door of Nashville are a great and reliable company. My garage door came off track and got jammed up. I called Precision Garage Door and they said they could have someone out that day and they said that the technician would called to say when he was on the way. An hour goes by and Josh (Technician) called said he could be over in 30 minutes. Which was GREAT! He arrived and saw my door. It only took about 20-30 minutes to fix the problem. 5 I used Precision because I thought I had used them before to replace the springs. I was wrong about that but was very satisfied with the opener and the technician.

Service was prompt and on time. Advised needed opener replacement. Gave 3 estimates, with increasing totals for each. I was not here to discuss, but estimates do not indicate, at least to me, the difference in opener for the different prices. Please send more specifics on different units. Rick Flatt

Thomas was my Tech. He was extremely thorough when inspecting our garage door components. He was knowledgable and explained everything and answered any questions I had. He was also early and called first to check my schedule. I spent more than I anticipated but also got more than expected as the new motor also came with a keypad. Our garage door also is SO MUCH QUIETER and way SMOOTHER when opening and closing.
