Need a bottom panel and was told it would be several months before it would arrive. I am disappointed my car has to sit out outside in the upcoming bad weather. Also our neighborhood has had some cars broken into recently. I do understand the company is having shipping problems though, but hope both of our problems will be solved sooner than later. May The Force be with us!

I dealt with Precision before to have my garage door springs replaced and was satisfied with the service then. This time they came out to repair the garage door. The tech, Brandon, was on time, very friendly and knowledgeable. He had my garage door repaired in like five minutes. I'm thinking of replacing my garage door and if I do I will be going with Precision.

We have lived in Nashville for more than 22 years. AND, for all that time--even with a new home--we have been serviced by Precision. They are an incredible company. When we purchased a home to renovate, the first thing we did was have Precision come out and completely overall the doors and opener and the like. We recommend them without question.

Precision Garage Door of Nashville are a great and reliable company. My garage door came off track and got jammed up. I called Precision Garage Door and they said they could have someone out that day and they said that the technician would called to say when he was on the way. An hour goes by and Josh (Technician) called said he could be over in 30 minutes. Which was GREAT! He arrived and saw my door. It only took about 20-30 minutes to fix the problem. I am so PLEASED with Precision Garage Door and Josh that I would definitely recommend them to everybody I know. Thank you Precision Door!

Called at 1 PM, Chris the tech was here by 5PM, worked until the new belt drive opener was installed and working like a champ. Chris Jensen had the best attitude of any repairman that has come to my house in years and came with a smile! I could not be more pleased with my experience with Chris and Precision Garage Doors. 5 I used Precision because I thought I had used them before to replace the springs. I was wrong about that but was very satisfied with the opener and the technician.

Service was prompt and on time. Advised needed opener replacement. Gave 3 estimates, with increasing totals for each. I was not here to discuss, but estimates do not indicate, at least to me, the difference in opener for the different prices. Please send more specifics on different units. Rick Flatt

Thomas is courteous and professional. He explained garage door and opener details and options clearly. We hoped for repair however by comparison realized that a new system was the most practical and cost effective for our long term plans. He was considerate of our time and concerns. Thomas impressed us as a decent, trustworthy person taking care in doing his work well. We expect installation done to same excellent standards.
