Our service was performed by Mike. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the product and performed task quickly. He gave good advice to save money in long run and took the time to talk with us regarding the pros and cons. He installed new rollers and helped with a bent area on the track that caused our door to not get caught. Our garage door rolls smoother and has less noise. I am pleased with Precision and will use them again.

My tech,Casey, was superb. The problem was with the remote and the garage door has a mind of its own. Casey figured out it was the logic board and not the remote. He was terrific and never tried to push any other products. Top notch work ethic, something of the past now a days.
It's sad that a great work ethic and doing everything you can to please the customer seems to be a dying thing these days. Perhaps we can bring it back by leading by example. We truly do strive for customer satisfaction and will always do so. Thank you for your review and for your business!
