Your Service Tech was very nice and helpful. He found a loose wire on the safety 'eyes' and that was all that was needed. I will call your company again when the need arises. My current opener system is over 15 years old. Rating on service is 5 stars.

WE HAVE BEEN USING PRECISION DOOR NOW,GOING ON 4 YEARS. WE HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE GARAGE DOOR OPENER. THE TECHNICIAN(JARED)WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY FRIENDLY. HE CORRECTED THE PROBLEM WITHIN AN HOUR. WE HAVE A LIFETIME WARRANTY ON THE OPENER AND THERE WAS NO CHARGE. I HAVE RECOMMENDED PRECISION IN THE PAST AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO. THANKS!

Recently my garage door would not open and I called Precision and was told a technician would come to my house the next day. Lawrence Palmer, the technician called first to let me know he was on the way and arrived as scheduled. My old door opener had to be replaced and Lawrence was efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. After the installation Lawrence programmed the remotes and cleaned up the garage and took the old parts with him. So far my new opener is very quiet and works great. I am a satisfied customer and would highly recommend Precision if anyone has a garage door problem.

Had been having trouble out of my old door opener for about 3-4 days. Called Precision from their Yellow pages add. I was pleased to see they had 24-7 service. The tech called when he was supposed to, & showed up when he was supposed to (something I've had trouble with other companies in the past). I had to have a new opener (more of an expense than I was expecting), but I'm very pleased w/ the work & the system! Thanks Precision.
