Recently my garage door would not open and I called Precision and was told a technician would come to my house the next day. Lawrence Palmer, the technician called first to let me know he was on the way and arrived as scheduled. My old door opener had to be replaced and Lawrence was efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. After the installation Lawrence programmed the remotes and cleaned up the garage and took the old parts with him. So far my new opener is very quiet and works great. I am a satisfied customer and would highly recommend Precision if anyone has a garage door problem.

Had been having trouble out of my old door opener for about 3-4 days. Called Precision from their Yellow pages add. I was pleased to see they had 24-7 service. The tech called when he was supposed to, & showed up when he was supposed to (something I've had trouble with other companies in the past). I had to have a new opener (more of an expense than I was expecting), but I'm very pleased w/ the work & the system! Thanks Precision.

Ricky was my service technician. He was professional, personable and respectful in every way. He evaluated my unit and recommended repair that I felt was not only fair and reasonable. He patiently answered all my questions graciously and in a manner that was easily understood. Should I need service in the future I will call precision. Thank you Ricky
