Had been having trouble out of my old door opener for about 3-4 days. Called Precision from their Yellow pages add. I was pleased to see they had 24-7 service. The tech called when he was supposed to, & showed up when he was supposed to (something I've had trouble with other companies in the past). I had to have a new opener (more of an expense than I was expecting), but I'm very pleased w/ the work & the system! Thanks Precision.

Ricky was my service technician. He was professional, personable and respectful in every way. He evaluated my unit and recommended repair that I felt was not only fair and reasonable.
