when I called in about my door opener I told them I had a stanley and gave the model number etc. The person on the phone did not say anything about it. When the tech arrive he looked at the opener and said we dont service them. To me it was a huge waste of my time as well as his. I would of thought with your company experience they would know up front what you service and what dont service. Just very dissaponted that I waste my time and his.

The technician was nice and the response was quick, but I was floored by the price being 4x what I paid for a new opener... just to get it back in working order. I know these aren't apples to apples but it was still a major shock. I needed it fixed so I had to pay. If the technician wasn't as nice the score would have been much lower.

We have "antique" garage doors, which occasionally present problems. One was being very balky, getting stuck. In later July, we had some parts replaced/repaired, and the door worked smoothly for almost a month. Then, the wire cables came off the pulleys. Brian came and put them back on. Since, then, only minor bulkiness has occurred. One of the openers seems to work better than the other.

The service was excellent, response time was same day which was great. I was very pleased. The price was rather high and I probably could have gotten it repaired for much less but I was very pleased with the service

I had precision door service fix a broken spring on my garage door. They were here within an hour after I made a phone call to them. The repair man was very courteous. I do think their pricing is high. Now that I know how to replace the spring I will not call them next time.

Jeffrey was a good worker and salesman, although we did have to call him back twice after the initial visit for adjustments. We started out with one door not closing all the way and one with an issue with the closer. We ended up with the door that wouldn't close all the way being a manual door, because after Jeffrey had talked my husband into complete spring and cable repair for our 20+ year old wooden doors, at a cost of $1218.00, we could not afford the additional $399 to install a new closer.

It was an accident. I looked in the Yellow Pages and they were next to a garage door business I had called about the problem, but they had fumbled the ball. I liked the lady who handled the call at Precision. She was professional and helpful. The technician who came out was also knowledgeable and helpful. All in all, a good experience. I would give 4 1/2 stars, but that's not available.

We had a spring that broke on our garage door and decided to do the lifetime warranty for $700. parts and labor and are very happy with the results! Brian Printz was wonderful and very professional in every way and did a great job! The technician was very knowledgeable and personable. He was efficient and did excellent work. There was an additional $20 charge that the office did not inform me of in advance as i was asking them about the charges. I would use this company again and recommend them.

I was very pleased with the quick, same day service. Door would not close on cold days (outdoor temps below 40 degrees). New rollers and bearings have seemed to correct the problem. Service Tech was friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing for new weather stripping and installation seemed a little high.

He was quick and professional. He recommended installing springs and other parts in both doors to make them quiet and for the doors to stay up if the string is pulled. If I can get a better deal than what he suggested on getting everything completely overhauled on both doors I would probably do it. Also one of my remotes needs a battery if you have one when he comes back. Thanks

Thank you for being available to us when our garage door failed. Our garage door spring broke in two places and we could not get it open to attend church on Sunday morning. He came to our home on Sunday night very late in the evening. I am very grateful that Precision Door Service is available 24/7 to help with emergency issues. Your representative, Cole McCollum was very professional and suggested a garage door overhaul. He replaced spring, rollers, and cable drums. The door is so quiet now and easy to open. I would have given 5 stars for the service except that Cole left greasy fingerprints on the door which he did not clean up. We had to spend time later scrubbing them off. Outside of that very minor problem we are very pleased with the service and would be happy to recommend Precision Door to others who have garage door problems. Harry Jester Mt. Juliet, TN.

Overall good service for our garage door. First service was a repair from a vehicle hitting the door. Second service was total replacement of the garage doors. A few details left out during the discussions. We were satisfied overall and would use Precision again. Your tech was very friendly and knowledgeable.

If I was just rating the tech and the quality of work, I would rate it at 5 or better. James is fast, knowledgeable and is a very professional young man. He showed up on time (actually he called and asked if he could come early, which worked out great for me, as I had to return to work). He identified my problem immediately, laid out my options, with no high pressure or scare sales tactics, and took care of it. Now our garage door works great and is about a hundred times quieter. My only minor complaint is that $700 for the 'overhaul' package seems a little high for an hour of work and probably less than $50 worth of hardware. It may pay off in the long run though because of the lifetime transferable warranty.

Had been having trouble out of my old door opener for about 3-4 days. Called Precision from their Yellow pages add. I was pleased to see they had 24-7 service. The tech called when he was supposed to, & showed up when he was supposed to (something I've had trouble with other companies in the past). I had to have a new opener (more of an expense than I was expecting), but I'm very pleased w/ the work & the system! Thanks Precision.

Hi: Tech was on time for preset day to repair sprung spring & evaluate condition of 14 yr. old Clopay door. Door was functional before tech arrived. After signing the required contract, he went about his business to replace springs, guide/safety wire & rollers. Door was operational & much quieter after repair. Tech also gave option of different guarantees for different prices & required payment before leaving. Total cost a little over $400.
