Tech was punctual. He made a thorough inspection of our door. He quickly discovered the problems with opening the door and made correct repairs. I hope we have no other issues with the door in the future, but if I do we will call Precision.

My garage door failed, rendering it unusable. I was able to book an appointment on-line for the next day in the 10:00-Noon time frame, which pleasantly surprised me. I chose Precision GDS on the basis of their advertising and reviews with my fingers crossed, hoping for the best. Turns out I had nothing to worry about. At about 10:00 that next day, Kendrick Travis called to say he was about 40 minutes out, which proved to be an accurate estimate. We talked on the phone for a few minutes about the nature of the door failure, so Kendrick was already thinking ahead about the problem, which is exactly what I wanted him to do. What can I say? Kendrick was instantly likeable, not just friendly, he was affable and thoroughly competent. It took him a little over 2 hours to complete the repair. I rigorously tested the door after the repair and could find no issue with the repair so Kendrick left me in Happy Camper mode. I hope Precision GDS recognizes that Kendrick is the kind of employee that both you and I want on the job.

My decision to contact Precision for my garage door issue was indeed the right decision. I had the pleasure of having Kendrick as my technician for a keypad replacement. He was timely in his arrival and gave me ample notice prior to arriving. Not only did he replace and reset my keypad, he helped me with my garage door opener and performed a variety of safety checks on my garage door and motor.
