In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my fiancé by taking our pups to the park and on many adventures like hiking and kayaking. Outstanding service. Contacted me 30 minutes prior to arrival. Arrived on time. Service technician Kendrick was very thorough in his assessment of the problem and the functioning of the doors in general. He explained all recommended repairs/maintenance items in detail, showing me specific functions of the doors. The repairs necessary required approximately twice the original estimated time required to complete but cost me no more additional money due to the lengthier repair time. I am highly satisfied and will continue to use Precision in the future for my garage door needs.

We had a new garage door opener installed and the installer showed up promptly and was very courteous and knowledgeable. Our technician went above and beyond to explain the new unit, how it works (new features) and even helped reprogram my vehicles' factory garage door buttons for the new door opener. The new opener functions very smoothly and quietly and we are very pleased. We will do business with this company again for future installations and service work as needed.

Our garage door wasn’t opening, the error message indicated the sensor was blocked. There was nothing visible so I called Precision Door. They sent out a technician the next day. Our technician was Kendrick, he arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He was able to resolve our issue and everything works great. Kendrick came out and gave a thorough inspection of garage opener, hinges, rollers, springs, and bottom seal. He went over everything he did with me (more than just mentioned here), and made recommendations on replacement of worn out parts. He gave me a price up front, did the work promptly and cleaned up. Everything running smooth and quiet! Kendrick was on time, professional, did great work, cleaned up, and reviewed everything done. He made sure I was 100% satisfied before payment. I had a problem with my door slamming down hard. I did not know who to call, so I read the reviews on your company and most of them were positive. When I called all my information was taken and within a couple of hours Kendrick the service technician showed up. This was the most positive individual I met. He was a very professional person and respectful. I explained the problem I was having and he explained what he was going to do to solve my issue. I found him to be very dedicated in his job. My garage door failed, rendering it unusable. I was able to book an appointment on-line for the next day in the 10:00-Noon time frame, which pleasantly surprised me. I chose Precision GDS on the basis of their advertising and reviews with my fingers crossed, hoping for the best. Turns out I had nothing to worry about. At about 10:00 that next day, Kendrick Travis called to say he was about 40 minutes out, which proved to be an accurate estimate. We talked on the phone for a few minutes about the nature of the door failure, so Kendrick was already thinking ahead about the problem, which is exactly what I wanted him to do. What can I say? Kendrick was instantly likeable, not just friendly, he was affable and thoroughly competent. It took him a little over 2 hours to complete the repair. I rigorously tested the door after the repair and could find no issue with the repair so Kendrick left me in Happy Camper mode. I hope Precision GDS recognizes that Kendrick is the kind of employee that both you and I want on the job.
