Jason Steele did a great job repairing our garage door that was installed by Precision some years ago by Shane Follis. Repair was for failed automatic door lock. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I called Tuesday night for an appointment and received a Wednesday mid-morning repair that Jason called that he would be on time with the needed part for repair. Great service.

Had a great experience with Precision Door today. I called one day and they were here the next and on time. My tech was Jason and he solved the garage door problem and also took the time to discuss with me maintenance that I can do one a semi-annual basis to keep the door in good working condition.
