Quick response to my call; installed new code for outside box of garage door and replaced batteries; technician patiently explained how to unscrew box, replace batteries, and reinstall; technician also thoroughly checked the entire garage door mechanism for any other problems and found none. Very pleased and thankful that I can now open the door with the code for myself and my trusted friends and neighbors.

We had trouble this morning. 5/27/23. Called around 11:30am. Scheduled between 2-4. Same day.. Received a call about 1:00 Jason asked if he could come ahead which was great. He arrived we had received a picture of him and his bio. He did the checklist and let us know what was needed installed all was needed. Terrific job. Have been a long standing customer of Precision for several years. About 3 yrs ago I had them install new garage doors which I have been completely satisfied with. Had them out today as one of the doors would not go down due to the garage door opener not working and also scheduled a yrly inspection. Seems the wiring for the lft side on this door was loose. Jason rewired, did the inspection, lubricated and also recommended lubricating the hinges every 6 mos and showed me how to remove keypad cover to change out batteries. We have always had great service from this company and that was proven once again today. Jason was very professional and personable. Highly recommend this company

Jason arrived promptly on schedule. A spring had snapped on one side of my double door. The door is an older door & I advised him I was not interested in a door replacement at this time. He told me that he could not replace the springs the way the original one was done & explained how the new way would be done. I agreed that the new way was a better way & asked him to do the work. He completed the work in approximately an hour and the door is much quieter & operates smoother than before. Jason was very knowledgeable & efficient. Highly recommend the company & Jason!

In less than 24 hours after one of the springs broke on of my garage doors, the Precision Technician, Jason, had the door mechanisms replaced and working well!
