If you are looking for garage door repair or replacement, Precision Door is THE place to call. My door opener died, I called Precision at 8:30 a.m. expecting to setup an appointment for a week away. I was wrong. The technician called me that same day said he would be here between noon and 2;00. At 12:20 Jonathan Lane was in my driveway. Jonathan was OUTSTANDING ! Jon Lane was awesome to work with. We had a nearly 20-yr old chain driven opener on its last leg with an awfully squeaky door and parts that were just about worn out. Jon quickly saw everything we needed and offered 3 different packages in a "good-better-best" type scenario. He estimated 3 hours to completely overhaul our existing door mechanics & install the new belt-driven opener (that is also wifi-capable, which has been awesome!) but worked so efficiently that he was out in just over 1.5 hours. Tons of quality work done, everything looks great, sounds MUCH better, and Jon couldn't have been more of a pleasure to work with. Thanks Jon & Precision!

The tech called to let me know he was running late and then called when he was on his way. I appreciate that. He suggested an upgrade to some parts but didn’t push the issue. A repair I thought wold be expensive was repaired with only a minor adjustment. Overall very pleased with the tech and the service.

Such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Garage problems started Saturday and by Monday we had Jonathan out here to help. He was so knowledgeable and immediately made me feel confident and comfortable with his abilities. He was so professional and kind. An accident pulling out of the garage resulted in a partially opened, steel double door which was unusable. After submitting an online inquire, I received a call back within 3 minutes, and had a service call scheduled immediately to take place within 4 hours. Jonathan, the tech, arrived on time, took a close look at damage and went over all my options for repair. He did a thorough job, worked quickly, and was able to install a new (long overdue) garage door opener which he had on his truck.
