I’m from Nashville TN. I recently retired from the Navy after 20 years of service. I have previous experience in the garage door industry and It’s something I enjoyed doing. I’m married with 3 boys. I own Country Lane tree farm in Springfield TN. I spend my free time working on the Farm or doing anything outdoors. I look forward to meeting you.

Great touch with giving me info about tech and the service is second to none. The tech figured the issue in 2 min and another conpany charged me 2k for everything but fixing the problem. Precision did a great job repairing our garage door. Jonathan was quick to evaluate the problems and complete the work. He was even able to arrive earlier than our originally scheduled appointment, which was great because we were not able to open the door manually and get out.

My garage door broke one day and I was not sure how safe it was for me to repair, as I know the counter-tension springs can be an issue. John came out and looked the door over, pointing out that it was in fact my counter-tension spring that had failed but also took the time to show me which parts were in good shape and which could use replacing. So we made a list and John had everything working again in about an hour. He was knowledgeable, took the time to show and explain everything to me so I understood, and he helped me figure out the best product selections that fit my budget. 5 STARS! Thank you John!

My garage door opener suddenly 'deprogrammed" itself over the weekend, so I called Precision first thing Monday am. Jonathan Lane was at my house before noon and took care of the quickly and efficiently. He made sure the remotes were working, and also reprogrammed the vehicle. Very attentive service. Jonathan was a pleasure to speak with, and he also did a safety check and cleaned up a few things. All done professionally. Highly recommended.
