I’m from Nashville TN. I recently retired from the Navy after 20 years of service. I have previous experience in the garage door industry and It’s something I enjoyed doing. I’m married with 3 boys. I own Country Lane tree farm in Springfield TN. I spend my free time working on the Farm or doing anything outdoors. I look forward to meeting you.

We came home last night and could not open garage. After looking into garage saw that spring was broken. It was now 9:30pm, and I thought I would contact precision thinking I could leave a message. To my surprise a nice girl answered live, took my information as to what happened, confirmed our address and phone number, and advised of service fee. She then scheduled a service appointment for today with tech Jonathan. He called today to let us know he was on the way and approximate arrival time. On Jonathan's arrival he went into garage to check out problem, and indeed spring was broken. He checked all elements of garage door opporation and made us aware of other aged issues. We considered it was time to update all the issues and told Jonathan to go ahead. He had all materials available In van, and several hours later everything was completed and brand new before leaving, Jonathan made sure we knew how everything operated and even programmed both of our cars. To say we were very satisfied would be an understatement. Thank you to all your team at Precision.

The entire process from start to finish was seemless and easy. Garage spring broke one day — called Precision and they made me an appointment the next morning. Jonathan showed up on time (after calling to give me an ETA and receiving an email/text from Precision). Jonathan explained the problem and provided me with a couple of options without any pressure at all. He even completed the work faster than what was expected! Before leaving he provided me with a reminder of the warranty and emailed a detailed receipt. Would 100% recommend Precison again

I called and the Customer Service Rep was very courteous and professional and she was able to schedule my service the next day between 8-10. The Service Tech (Jonathan) called to let me n=know that he was on his way and be here in 30 mins. Right on time. I told him what the door was doing and he inspected the door and track and let me know what might be the problem. He mentioned what needed to be down and he gave me an estimated cost of of that needed to be done. I let him know to go a head and repair and replace that needed to be fixed. Jonathan had it all completed in 30mins and it runs GREAT! Thank you Jonathan and Thank you Precision Garage Door Service.

From our first call to the company to the close of the service we are giving this company a 10+rating. Setting up the appointment and giving the information was easy and efficient, the service person came the SAME DAY and fix the garage door! Our Service person was on time, polite knowledgeable and had our garage door working properly within an hour and this was in 98 degree weather! We had called several other garage repairs service centers who delayed calling back never answering or setting up an appointment to come out - we were ecstatic with the service we received from Precision!!

If you are looking for garage door repair or replacement, Precision Door is THE place to call. My door opener died, I called Precision at 8:30 a.m. expecting to setup an appointment for a week away. I was wrong. The technician called me that same day said he would be here between noon and 2;00. At 12:20 Jonathan Lane was in my driveway. Jonathan was OUTSTANDING ! If you call Precision be sure to ask them to send Jonathan.

Jon Lane was awesome to work with. We had a nearly 20-yr old chain driven opener on its last leg with an awfully squeaky door and parts that were just about worn out. Jon quickly saw everything we needed and offered 3 different packages in a "good-better-best" type scenario. He estimated 3 hours to completely overhaul our existing door mechanics & install the new belt-driven opener (that is also wifi-capable, which has been awesome!) but worked so efficiently that he was out in just over 1.5 hours. Tons of quality work done, everything looks great, sounds MUCH better, and Jon couldn't have been more of a pleasure to work with. Thanks Jon & Precision!
