It's just a matter of time before the garage door spring breaks. So, ours did it yesterday. We called Precision and got an appointment the next day. Jack Hodges arrived as scheduled. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He checked it all out and gave us options from "just fix it with minimum parts" to "you may want to replace this or that to avoid issues later" and let us decide. He immediately did the requested work, very professional. Also gave us advice on doing our own regular maintenance and how to check the springs for weakness as time goes on. Very much appreciate the service Jack!

Broken spring turned into a garage door parts upgrade for everything. The 10 year old parts I had were badly worn out and sounded like a roller coaster. After the install, my garage door is whisper quiet! I am glad I called Precision to fix my garage door. They showed up early and finished in no time. We need a repair on one of our garage door springs and approximately two years ago Precision repaired the other door so we knew what we were going to get. Our existing spring set up was 20+ years old and that set up is no longer the norm, so Brandon walked us through all of our options. He was very patient and answered all of our questions and concerns and never pressured us to make a decision. He replaced our set up with a new lifetime warranty set up which we determined was the best option for us. Thank you Brandon for taking the time to listen to us and provide us with the best solution.

We had trouble this morning. 5/27/23. Called around 11:30am. Scheduled between 2-4. Same day.. Received a call about 1:00 Jason asked if he could come ahead which was great. Two neighbors used Precision and highly recommended. They came out the day I called, they offered same-day service, and sent Jay who must be one of their best! Knowledgeable, professional, personable, clear, efficient. He detailed my options and we discussed the best choice for me. Jay replaced two failed springs with upgraded ones which should last me years. I may call back to have the rollers (wheels?) replaced because the ones Jay showed me look really nice…like roller blade wheels. I’m sure they would allow for the door to glide more easily and quietly. I didn’t want to pay for that upgrade this time. I will definitely call Precision in the future!
