Broken spring turned into a garage door parts upgrade for everything. The 10 year old parts I had were badly worn out and sounded like a roller coaster. We need a repair on one of our garage door springs and approximately two years ago Precision repaired the other door so we knew what we were going to get. Our existing spring set up was 20+ years old and that set up is no longer the norm, so Brandon walked us through all of our options. He was very patient and answered all of our questions and concerns and never pressured us to make a decision. He replaced our set up with a new lifetime warranty set up which we determined was the best option for us. Thank you Brandon for taking the time to listen to us and provide us with the best solution.

We had trouble this morning. 5/27/23. Called around 11:30am. Scheduled between 2-4. Same day.. Received a call about 1:00 Jason asked if he could come ahead which was great. He arrived we had received a picture of him and his bio. He did the checklist and let us know what was needed installed all was needed. Terrific job.
