Exceeded my expectations. I knew from previous interactions Precisions technician would be very professional. Aaron was that and more. Knowledgeable of product and understood my problem. His solution was better than what I had planned. I am very satisfied with Aaron and Precision's ability to deliver excellent customer service. My neighbor has used them as well.

Repairman was extremely helpful and took extra time to discuss the needed repairs. The response to my initial request for service on your web site at 11pm came within 15 seconds and my request for next day service was recognized and a promise to attempt to work us in was immediately made. We did infact get next day service which took about an hour. Thanks for the over the top attention to our problem!

Aaron was on time and quickly made the adjustment on the drive unit to lower the door so that it wouldn't reverse upon closing the door. The call was completed in approximately 15 minutes including some maintenance tips to keep our 8 year old garage door working well. Aaron was focused, competent, & pleasant.

I am moving to a new house and I could not be without my amazing garage door opener that has a camera and uses the Amazon garage delivery service. Jay did a great job with both of my properties and I’ll definitely recommend both him and Precision!

My very old garage door was not operating very safely. Precision installed my door back in 2008 so it was time for an overhaul. I called customer service and they responded immediately. Aaron Palarello was assigned as the technician. What a blessing! Aaron was so helpful and professional to this grandmother that needed a kind soul to explain what was needed. When I asked when he could come back and install it he told me give him two hours and it will be like a new door. I love the new silent opener and the updated features even I could understand. Thank you Precision for a door that will last.

Thank you for sending Arron Patarello to repair my garage doors. He was very professional and understood not only my needs but my expectations. He has great communication skills and explained everything that was needed to repair my garage doors. I was very pleased with his work. He explained another repair that would enhance my garage doors and provided me with a cost estimate. If I choose to have this done, I will request the company send Mr. Patarello to make the repairs. Thank you for the great service I received today.

Great service. Had Saturday hours which was VERY helpful as getting in and out of our house without the garage door is difficult (as our system was broke). Aaron was great to work with— helpful, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and explained things well. He did a great job repairing our garage door putting in a new system, and was great explaining things along the way how long it would take and what the manufacturer warranty was and such. Great experience!
