I am so pleased with the service I received from Precision! I made a call on Thursday morning and by 2:15 that afternoon, Jason Steele was at my home. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He was also very patient in explaining to me the possible causes of my garage door opener issues. He solved the problems and checked my garage door. I will definitely be calling Precision in the future with garage door or opener issues. Thank you!

Called this morning (8/30/23) at approximately 8:30am and got an appointment for this afternoon because garage door wouldn’t come down under power. Technician called at 3:00pm to say he was about 45 minutes away and arrive a few minutes before 4pm. Had the problem diagnosed within 10-15 minutes and the fix was in place, he checked out everything to make sure everything else was in good shape and was gone within 45 minutes. Highly recommend Tony Strickland, as when I need the door serviced I definitely will be asking for him. Very courteous & professional. Thanks Tony!!

I sent an email to Precision late Friday afternoon. I did not to expect them to get back in touch with me until later next week. They contacted me immediately to set up an appointment. They had Saturday available (the next day) so I took that appointment. They emailed and texted my confirmation. The technician, Kendrick, contacted me the next day to advise the time he would be there. He was fantastic! He was very personable and professional. He helped me to understand what the issues were with my garage door and had all the tools and parts available to complete the repairs. The service from Precision has been top notch. From the first phone call to set up my appointment to a “thank you” email from the company, I have had a great experience. I highly recommend Precision.

We have lived here in this house for 19 years. We have always trusted Precision Door for our garage door needs. They are professional, prompt and always fix our garage door problems. They have always treated us more than fairly. You don’t here of such loyalty to any company these days. Let me also recognize a fine man Tony Strickland, he called and said he could come early as his schedule changed some. He diagnosed the issue quickly consulted with another Technician, then called the office for final decision on replacement of my garage door opener. Sales team is horrible. I was told it would only take 6 weeks to have it installed and it turned into almost 8 months. Would not return calls or keep me informed of the status. It even got to the point where I was ready to cancel the contract and let them keep the money I had already pain. Price was comparable to two other quotes I got.

I never thought of this happening, but I used my remote from inside my car to open the garage door and back out. In a hurry and seeing light of day in the rear view mirror, I backed slowly out, however I hit the last panel of the garage door. I called Precision and Brandon came to assess the situation-explaining the workings of the opening system and offering solutions. Fortunately, the door still operates and has a little, barely noticable kink that hardly affects the esthetics. I've made a decision to hold off an replacement but would not hesitate to call Precision or recommend them in the future

Company was quick to come out but I must say a single size door spring/bearing replacement and about 20-25 minutes labor $430+ is very high. Had no choice since I could not get the car out. If I have further needs, I will definitely look around.

Jason arrived promptly on schedule. A spring had snapped on one side of my double door. The door is an older door & I advised him I was not interested in a door replacement at this time. He told me that he could not replace the springs the way the original one was done & explained how the new way would be done. I agreed that the new way was a better way & asked him to do the work. He completed the work in approximately an hour and the door is much quieter & operates smoother than before. Jason was very knowledgeable & efficient. Highly recommend the company & Jason!
