My decision to contact Precision for my garage door issue was indeed the right decision. The gentleman who answered the phone at their place of business was very courteous, polite, friendly and professional. He listened as I explained in detail my situation, he then scheduled one of their trained technicians to come out to take a look at my garage door. I made the call on a Friday, The following Saturday morning, ( & another reason I’m glad I went with Precision, for working with my schedule!), my technician, Kendrick, arrived at the house at mid morning. Kendrick is a Hoot! We hit it off right away. After a few minutes of an enjoyable meet & greet, Kendrick got to work on garage door, & at one point, he explained to me while at the same showing me, what the problem was, & the method in which he used to correct it. He also gave garage door a several point inspection. Kendrick was personable, & professional. He was a joy to work with. Truly, it is comforting and assuring to know that a company like Precision Garage Doors is out there. You really do know what it is to treat people the same manner in which you want to be treated! I set my appt online, got a quick message back confirming the appt. Got a text with the tech's name (Preston Waddell in this case/ Great Guy!) his arrival time etc. Got another notification when he arrived. Really liked the communication. Really liked the tech also. He was very knowledgeable, took the time to check everything and worked with us on getting the repairs done that we needed. I would highly suggest asking for Preston if you need service for your garage door!

We contacted Precision after a lightning strike took out one of our garage door openers. Jay got us on the schedule quickly. He was super friendly, great with my inquisitive 9-year-old, and explained everything thoroughly, including showing us where a spring that was replaced by another company last year was already broken. We had a lot of work done, but he finished it all same day and it works great!
