I set my appt online, got a quick message back confirming the appt. Got a text with the tech's name (Preston Waddell in this case/ Great Guy!) his arrival time etc. Got another notification when he arrived. Really liked the communication. Really liked the tech also. He was very knowledgeable, took the time to check everything and worked with us on getting the repairs done that we needed. I would highly suggest asking for Preston if you need service for your garage door!

The technician was very polite and professional. He went over all the things that he thought should be addressed but understood I didn't want to pay for everything on his list due to budget constraints at this time. I was willing to only get the safety items at this time and have the door operable.

The motor for my garage door unexpectedly died right before I was about to go out of town. I called in the morning, and had a check to the house in the afternoon. Kendrick was super sweet, professional, and explained all of my options to me. I now have a way better set up than I’ve ever had before. I cannot say enough good things about the service I got!

We contacted Precision after a lightning strike took out one of our garage door openers. Jay got us on the schedule quickly. He was super friendly, great with my inquisitive 9-year-old, and explained everything thoroughly, including showing us where a spring that was replaced by another company last year was already broken. We had a lot of work done, but he finished it all same day and it works great!

I called this morning for an appointment for an issue with our keypad. I was very surprised and pleased that I was able to be seen today. Kendrick, the technician listened to all the issues, did diagnostic testing, and advised the best way to correct the problem. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I am very pleased with the results. It was not our first time to use Precision for garage door issues. We will definitely call them in the future if we have issues.

Needed broken door repaired or replaced on a Saturday. Called 3 companies, all advertised Saturday service but Precision Door was the only one who was able to come that day. My car was “trapped” inside with door partially open. Kendrick Travis arrived around 2 pm, immediately got to work freeing my car and making sure the door was lowered securing the garage. He was friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions while continuing to work on the door. After finishing that phase, he gave me a repair estimate then, after I asked, he gave me the replacement quote. He was professional but friendly throughout, never hesitating to answer questions and thereby gaining my confidence in his work and in your company. Thank you for sending Kendrick to my rescue!

Great Customer Service. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Called at 10 and the technician arrived by 1:00. New opener was installed in around an hour. They also have 24 hour coverage if needed. I highly recommend them for any garage door needs. They are very knowledgeable and respectful and the communication was great

Precision put in a new garage door for us a few years ago and we had excellent service at that time. So when we started having issues with our door going down this weekend, we called and were given a time slot the very same day. The technician (Preston Waddell) that came out to service our door was within the time frame given to us. He was very professional, was friendly and fixed our garage door!! He is a great asset to Precision Garage Door Service!!

"Precisely" what I needed. Awesome experience with these guys. Garage door was a bit off track. Jack came out, quickly, analyzed the problem and gave me *options* on what we could do. "We can get you up and running for x, my recommendation is y, and here are z possibilities" I took his recommendation and we also decided to replace the opener itself. He explained the differences in service and warranty very well. Even programed my car before leaving. Very happy with the service. I would highly recommend to anyone, and will also be utilizing them again for any future needs.

Jason Steele did a great job repairing our garage door that was installed by Precision some years ago by Shane Follis. Repair was for failed automatic door lock. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I called Tuesday night for an appointment and received a Wednesday mid-morning repair that Jason called that he would be on time with the needed part for repair. Great service.
