He was friendly easy to work with and very professional, he was able to get the problem taken care of in no time. Now the button on the wall is working correctly and the key pad is working properly. Jonathan Lane arrived at our home within 2 hours of our calling for service. He said the springs needed to be replaced and suggested that due to the age of our opener, we may want to consider replacing. We took his advice, and he had it installed and set up for us in under 2 hours. Jonathan was very courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend him as well as Precision!

Lyle did a great job of communicating with me he explained all my options and gave me a great price for all that had to be done. He was very efficient and professional and finished the job in a very timely manner I would definitely hire this company again and would ask for Lyle to do the job too. Preston, my garage door tech, was fantastic. Super nice and helpful with a smile on his face. He was honest with me about the process of finding the problem and had to come out 2x to address the situation with the motor.
