Had excellent experience with Premier Garage Doors and repair at my home (11/10/25). Technician Sam Lankford was very professional, did a thorough job explaining in detail what problems existed and repairs he recommended, answered my questions and was surprised at how quickly and efficiently he handled the repairs. Earlier this summer, had a poor experience with another company and now feel that the issues are solved and with good quality parts and service work. Would definitely recommend Premier Garage Door Service and use them again!

I bought a house that had a nonfunctioning garage door keypad as well as a non-functioning wall-mounted opener inside. The remote I had been given worked when it felt like it. A friend recommended Precision Garage Door, and when I called, they were able to give me an appointment for the next day! Sam with Precision was punctual, courteous and quite competent. He solved all of the problems I had with the garage door and the openers in under an hour for a reasonable amount. I was quite pleased.

Perfect professionals from beginning to end. The phone call to the end result, didn't hit one issue with this company. The tech was amazing, kind, knowledgeable, quick, professional and he actually spent time to explain the process to us. This is our second time using PDS, we won't use another company for our garage needs!

This is a company that knows how to deliver excellent customer services. From the rep who answered my call, took the initial info to schedule the appointment to the customer-friendly & knowledgeable service tech (Stan), the experience was a good one. We plan to remain loyal customers. Thank you Sam and Precision.

Met expectations. Sam Langford came and installed a new lift master garage door opener. He did a good job. He did a check of the door and all, which I had not asked for but was included. It was a bit pricey, more than I thought it would be however it was all done very well.
