There is only praise for the maintenance visit I received this week. The technician, Jack, arrived on time and presented himself professionally with superb communication skills. Tony Strickland was the technician that was sent on the original service call and he was very knowledgeable and advised that our door needed to be replaced and we agreed since the door was over 20 years old. When calling Precision we expected a technician to be able to come in a few days. We were delighted to have Preston Waddell arrive the same day. I called this morning because the garage door wouldn't work. An appt was available this afternoon. Preston came and diagnosed the problems, explained what was needed to fix the door. He worked in the very hot garage for about 1 1/2 hrs. The temp was 102 degrees. He was so personable, knowledgeable, efficient, hard-working, & got the job done. I see your trucks in my neighborhood all the time and your advertisement in the Bellevue Clipper. My tech Lyle was excellent. Walked me through options as my garage door and opener from 2002. I needed a few things I hadn’t counted on but very happy with end results. Lyle explained how what I needed worked and point out the wear and tear on my parts. Couldn’t be more pleased.
