Two neighbors used Precision and highly recommended. They came out the day I called, they offered same-day service, and sent Jay who must be one of their best! Knowledgeable, professional, personable, clear, efficient. He detailed my options and we discussed the best choice for me. Jay replaced two failed springs with upgraded ones which should last me years. I may call back to have the rollers (wheels?) replaced because the ones Jay showed me look really nice…like roller blade wheels. I’m sure they would allow for the door to glide more easily and quietly. I didn’t want to pay for that upgrade this time. I will definitely call Precision in the future!

Our tech, Jay, called to let us know he was running late but was on his way. Did great job inspecting & repairing our doors. He also educated me while he was doing his inspection and repairs so I am better equipped to do routine maintenance. Repairs are covered by warranty. Highly recommend them. You get what you pay for.
