Called for an issue with a cable on one of our garage doors. A real person answered the call, she scheduled a service visit for the next morning, informed me of the service call fee and I had an appointment email in 10 minutes. The service tech sent a text when in route, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced a frayed cable that had come off the pulleys and then informed me the work was covered under my five year warranty when Precision replaced my springs and cabling. So no service fee and problem fixed less in than 15 hours from when I called. Tech was polite, knowledgeable and considerate.

I have had these door installed and function since 2012. They are excellent quality, quiet and extremely dependable. I just had my first service call today, received a scheduled appointment same day. Great service. We ended up replacing our springs and related hardware along with adding a new belt drive opener. Much quieter now and the new opener has a lot of modern features which is nice. Jason did a great job and was in and out in about an hour and a half.

Wow I just had a great service tech come to my house. I hired a handyman last month and one of things I needed done was a door adjustment .today I went to open door and would not open all the way. I called Precision Door and Jay the service tech came to my house. He had been working all day and got to the house around 6:30 pm. He was a delight to talk with and knew immediately what was wrong.
