Jason arrived on time and was courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. We asked him to come because of a faulty keypad. Woke up this morning to go to work(430am) and find both my garage door springs were busted. Called Precision 10 min later and they were at my house before noon. The technician(Jay Skillern) was amazing, very informative and friendly. Jay knocked the job out in no time and was back on his way to the next job. 100% would recommend them to anyone.

We had an emergency, when early in the morning our garage door spring suddenly broke. We could not get the door opened again to go to work. We called Precision and they immediately sent Jason out to repair it. He arrived 45 minutes later and had the springs replace and the door working great in 30 minutes. Wow I just had a great service tech come to my house. I hired a handyman last month and one of things I needed done was a door adjustment .today I went to open door and would not open all the way. I called Precision Door and Jay the service tech came to my house. He had been working all day and got to the house around 6:30 pm. He was a delight to talk with and knew immediately what was wrong. The adjustment made by handyman was incorrect and I n no time Jay had fixed!!! What a sset to his companyJay serves a pat on the back!!! Great job!!!

Called for an issue with a cable on one of our garage doors. A real person answered the call, she scheduled a service visit for the next morning, informed me of the service call fee and I had an appointment email in 10 minutes. The service tech sent a text when in route, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced a frayed cable that had come off the pulleys and then informed me the work was covered under my five year warranty when Precision replaced my springs and cabling. So no service fee and problem fixed less in than 15 hours from when I called. Tech was polite, knowledgeable and considerate.

Jay did an amazing job of explaining the pros and cons of all the recommendations. The work was done quickly and at a reasonable cost. My wife felt very comfortable around him.
