We had the track and rubber seal replaced. Jared did a great job. Very personable and professional. Eighteen months ago we had a new sensor installed and replaced our remotes...we wouldn't call anyone else except Precision for service. Thank you Jared and thank you Precision!

My garage door spring broke so I checked the internet for repair companies. I chose Precision because the web page was well designed and easy to navigate. This was Saturday and I was relieved that the website stated that service calls were available on weekends. My confidence increased when the phone spokesman was pleasant and thorough so I set an appointment. I received a confirmation email for my appointment shortly after the call. Brandon arrived a few minutes before the time he had informed me by phone that he would arrive. Brandon was personable, professional, and detailed in the repairs he performed. After his expert work my garage door works perfectly.

We chose Precision because they had installed our garage door several years ago. They did an excellent job, and we were pleased with the result. The spring to the door broke over the weekend. I called on Sunday evening; they came Monday morning, on time. They called before they came. The technician was courteous and good with my dogs, too! He went right to work and repaired the problem. Because the door was still under warranty, there was no charge. I would always use Precision because they have been terrific to work with!

The technician, Rick Frizzell, took care of my noisy garage door opener. He was polite, professional and courteous. He gave me a quote and started to work on the problem. It ended up he detected the problem and did not have to replace any parts. I was thankful and I would call them again if I had any other problems. We needed to replace the doors and when one of the old openers died, we replaced both doors, openers and supporting hardware. Salesman who came was excellent, knew his material and we placed our order that day. The technician could not have been better. The young man, by himself, removed the old systems and installed both new doors on the same day. He worked fast, but well, obviously knew what he was doing and how to do it -- the final product was excellent and we love the new doors. Can't believe how quiet they are.
