I chose Precision Door Service because I had seen the vans around town. I googled to find a garage door repair place and Precision came up. The reviews were good, so I decided to call. Bella was extremely nice and had a pleasant voice on the front end. She made me want to use the company due to her professionalism. Josh, the technician, was very polite and did excellent work. Josh Myatt was very professional and resolved the issue of my garage door opener (an opener we installed and was embarrassed not to know to set the limitation codes, which Josh did not make me feel dumb!!) The tech called to let me know he was running late and then called when he was on his way. I appreciate that. He suggested an upgrade to some parts but didn’t push the issue. A repair I thought wold be expensive was repaired with only a minor adjustment. Overall very pleased with the tech and the service.

I called in the morning to see about getting a service man to fix my garage door opener. Amazingly I was given an appointment of noon to 2:00 on the same day that I called. Josh arrived about 12:15 and quickly fixed my problem and lubricated both of garage door systems. Most Impressive service.

Wow I just had a great service tech come to my house. I hired a handyman last month and one of things I needed done was a door adjustment .today I went to open door and would not open all the way. I called Precision Door and Jay the service tech came to my house. He had been working all day and got to the house around 6:30 pm. He was a delight to talk with and knew immediately what was wrong. The adjustment made by handyman was incorrect and I n no time Jay had fixed!!! What a sset to his companyJay serves a pat on the back!!! Great job!!!

This is the second time we have used Precision for an issue with our garage doors. Our problem this time was that it simply wouldn't close. Robert Barnett came out to take a look; immediately found what the problem was and offered us two solutions. Based on what we told him, he recommended the lower cost solution! Price for the repair was reasonable, and repairs were made in a very timely manner. The garage door operation is more quiet and opens and closes much smoother than when it was brand new.

On Thursday May 26th our garage door opener went down. At first I thought I'd try to install it myself and go purchase one at Lowe's or Home Depot. I quickly found out that there were too many choices and I knew nothing about garage door openers let alone the time I wasted walking around stores. I called that evening scheduled an appointment. On May 27th between 11:00 and 1:00 they came out. Told me their thoughts as far as repairing or replacing. We decided to replace with a new unit as ours was 15 years old. An hour and a half later New garage door opener installed. Quieter better more options. Very happy I would definitely recommend to anyone. Our technician was very knowledgeable and nice as well. Thanks again.

Technician was polite and efficient. Unfortunately I did not accept his estimate for replacing garage door opening as I felt it was $100 to $150 more than I felt would have been a reasonable and fair price, considering brand and model # of opener and probably an hours labor to install

William let me know that he was on his way to my place, showed up on time, and installed my new opener after finding out the one I had was about 25 years old. No pressure at all, just gave me the options, and let me choose. Installation of the whole system took less than 30 minutes. Everything was handled in a professional manner.
