My decision to contact Precision for my garage door issue was indeed the right decision. The gentleman who answered the phone at their place of business was very courteous, polite, friendly and professional. He listened as I explained in detail my situation, he then scheduled one of their trained technicians to come out to take a look at my garage door. I made the call on a Friday, The following Saturday morning, ( & another reason I’m glad I went with Precision, for working with my schedule!), my technician, Kendrick, arrived at the house at mid morning. Kendrick is a Hoot! We hit it off right away. After a few minutes of an enjoyable meet & greet, Kendrick got to work on garage door, & at one point, he explained to me while at the same showing me, what the problem was, & the method in which he used to correct it. He also gave garage door a several point inspection. Kendrick was personable, & professional. He was a joy to work with. Truly, it is comforting and assuring to know that a company like Precision Garage Doors is out there. You really do know what it is to treat people the same manner in which you want to be treated! I see your trucks in my neighborhood all the time and your advertisement in the Bellevue Clipper. My tech Lyle was excellent. Walked me through options as my garage door and opener from 2002. I needed a few things I hadn’t counted on but very happy with end results. Lyle explained how what I needed worked and point out the wear and tear on my parts. Couldn’t be more pleased. He was very helpful and friendly. When customer service at many places is at an all time low…. Lyle was great. Thanks

Our garage door stopped working. I called to schedule an appointment. The technician Jack was professional, knowledgeable and helpful! After he did some testing of our equipment, he recommended several solutions to resolve the issue and explained the pros/cons. We chose the solution and he quickly made the necessary repairs. We were in a bind last night when a snake got trapped in a could and it cause the door to come off track and broke numerous parts. Precision got us a quick appointment for the morning. Jonathan was absolutely EXCELLENT!!! Arrived right on time, and really walked me through all that would need to be repaired and why. Super honest! Extremely helpful! So knowledgeable!!! And got everything fixed in an hour so I could get back to work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I called this morning because the garage door wouldn't work. An appt was available this afternoon. Preston came and diagnosed the problems, explained what was needed to fix the door. He worked in the very hot garage for about 1 1/2 hrs. The temp was 102 degrees. He was so personable, knowledgeable, efficient, hard-working, & got the job done.
