Great company I have used several times at different homes. They have a 24/7 call-in line who you can talk to and are very flexible with their schedule to accommodate your needs. They have always come out prepared and ready to assess my situation, on time and make the necessary repairs as well as provide a full system inspection. Lyle did a great job of communicating with me he explained all my options and gave me a great price for all that had to be done. He was very efficient and professional and finished the job in a very timely manner I would definitely hire this company again and would ask for Lyle to do the job too. When all was finshed the garage door and all the remotes worked great you may say this was a open and shut case lol.

I called Precision at 8:30 AM on a Sunday. The lady on the phone was polite, efficient, and knew her job. She quickly got me an appointment between 10 and 12 that day! Tony Strickland came out. He thoroughly accessed all the garage door components and explained everything. There was no sales pressure to buy items that weren't necessary. He allowed me to watch the entire repair because I was interested. My garage door never worked this good before. Tony was professional and friendly. Thanks Tony. I had a problem with my door slamming down hard. I did not know who to call, so I read the reviews on your company and most of them were positive. When I called all my information was taken and within a couple of hours Kendrick the service technician showed up. This was the most positive individual I met. He was a very professional person and respectful. I explained the problem I was having and he explained what he was going to do to solve my issue. I found him to be very dedicated in his job. He repaired the problem and explained what happened. I most definitely will use your company in the future.

Jonathan was excellent. Very thorough and professional...saved me a few 100 dollars. A previous company wanted to change my springs for $700...and it would not have solved the problem. Some grease got on the rubber sealing trim and became sticky. The door would stick then jerk open in the morning. Rubbing some "Goof Off" on it got rid of the problem. Found Precision in the Value-Pak we get in the mail...with that coupon only $39.95. Definitely quality.
