I purchased my two cars garage door from Precision Garage door of Nashville in 2012, it is an insulated garage door. the door is still in great shape and works very well, it is smooth and real quite. I had to replace the spring once and had recently a noise in the door. I called Precision yesterday and the Technician came in this morning. He took him a couple of minutes to see the problem and corrected it right away. I am very pleased of the services provided by Precision Garage Door of Nashville. They are prompt to respond to your call and take care of your problems quickly. They are very professional; and do a great job. I fully recommend them to anyone needing a new garage door or repair on their old one.

We had a new garage door opener installed and the installer showed up promptly and was very courteous and knowledgeable. Our technician went above and beyond to explain the new unit, how it works (new features) and even helped reprogram my vehicles' factory garage door buttons for the new door opener. The new opener functions very smoothly and quietly and we are very pleased. We will do business with this company again for future installations and service work as needed.

We needed a garage door repaired, so of course we called Precision, since they installed our doors & we had such an excellent experience at the time. Jon came out & was incredibly nice, smart & efficient & repaired the door I feared we may have to replace. Beforehand, I received an email with Jon's picture & "bio" so we would know who to expect. It was so easy to book an appointment online. The email & text communication is just great. Would give 6 stars if I could. Wonderful reputable company.

Our garage door wasn’t opening, the error message indicated the sensor was blocked. There was nothing visible so I called Precision Door. They sent out a technician the next day. Precision Door Service made it easy to schedule my garage door repair. Garage door spring broke between 7 - 8 AM this morning and I was able to schedule my appointment between 10 AM - 12 PM the same day. The technician (Jay Skillern) was great and made the process easy. Jason was very friendly. He explained how to simply avoid having the issue of sounding like something was rubbing on the track when the door goes down. He reported it was the hinges needed lubricated, advised doing it once every 6 months and what to use. He was honest and did not try to push other services. Would definitely recommend them.

Our garage door stopped operating over the weekend which led to a huge inconvenience. I called Precision Garage first thing Monday and they had a technician out to our home first thing Tuesday morning. Jason was called with an ETA and was on time! When he arrived he was polite, friendly and took the time to explain what needed to be repaired. When he finished the work he cleaned up and explained the 9-year warranty. This was second time we've used Precision - the first was to install a new garage door opener. I highly recommend them!

Great Service! My garage spring broke and my door wouldn't open. I also had some binding hinges. I booked online and a technician came out the next day (Lyle). He was friendly, knowledgeable, and had all of the parts (springs, hinges, etc.) in his truck to perform the work same day. Work was completed in less than 2 hours. What a great business model, especially if you are busy or don't have a lot of time to take off from work to be home for the repairs.
