The motor for my garage door unexpectedly died right before I was about to go out of town. I called in the morning, and had a check to the house in the afternoon. Kendrick was super sweet, professional, and explained all of my options to me. I now have a way better set up than I’ve ever had before. I cannot say enough good things about the service I got!

The technician, Jack, who came out to our home was fabulous. He was timely for the appointment. He communicated very well. We contacted Precision after a lightning strike took out one of our garage door openers. Jay got us on the schedule quickly. He was super friendly, great with my inquisitive 9-year-old, and explained everything thoroughly, including showing us where a spring that was replaced by another company last year was already broken. We had a lot of work done, but he finished it all same day and it works great!

I called this morning for an appointment for an issue with our keypad. I was very surprised and pleased that I was able to be seen today. Kendrick, the technician listened to all the issues, did diagnostic testing, and advised the best way to correct the problem. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I am very pleased with the results. It was not our first time to use Precision for garage door issues. We will definitely call them in the future if we have issues.

My garage opener was originally installed by Precision years ago, so, when a problem occurred with closing the garage door on July 4th, I called the 24 hr number. The person answering my call was pleasant and efficient. She scheduled a service call for the very next day. Preston, the technician, kept me informed of his arrival time, explained everything he did, and completed his work quickly. I couldn’t have had a better experience.
