Asking me to do a review - that is hilarious! You did not send a serviceman to my house, you sent a salesman! And I kicked him out. 5 estimates ranging from $3200, I think, to $1200. I had my spring replaced by someone else the next day for $285.00 - and when they saw that my guide-wires were a little “elderly,” they threw those in for free. Please quit advertising that you are a military friendly company when you are simply trying to do a massive upscale on EVERYTHING!

We are moving into our new home using the garage as unloading point, and the garage door came off the track and nearly collapsed. I had previously used Performance and was pleases with their workmanship. My garage door had been making loud noises and it stopped working this morning. I contacted the office and was able to schedule an appointment for the same day. John the technician called and said he would be at my home within the hour and he arrived promptly. John met with my wife and I and explained the problems. He went over your options and gave us plenty of time to make our decision. We decided to go with a new opener. John installed the opener, explained the functions and installed the codes. A neighbor of mine once told me that he used Precision Door to fix a major problem with his broken garage door. While they were at his home, he had them change out some rollers, springs, the overhead track and other issues as well. He was a very personable and knowledgeable young man that thoroughly explained what I needed and why. Consequently, I had him work on all issues that he mentioned. I now have a garage door that is quiet as a mouse when it is raised and lowered. He even reset my garage door keypad code and the remotes built into two new autos' that I owned. Precision Garage Door Service came out the next morning after I called them late in the day. Wilkes was there in the time frame that was given and called when he was 15 minutes away. I called because my opener was making a loud chatter when opening. It had been doing that for over a week, I had lubed up the track screw but that did not alleviate the issue. I opened the door before Wilkes got there and when he arrived we went into the garage so I could show him the issue. I closed the door and when I tried to open it the opener failed and began to make a grinding noise. I was shown some new openers and chose the better unit. with lots of good features. Wilkes was very polite, respectful, and had a great personality. He did an excellent job installing our new opener. He was very skilled and knowledgable. He impressed me with his work ethics, he kept his tools and supplies neat and in order, kept the wiring neat and strapped down. When the installation was complete and he had policed his tools and materials he programed the new opener, set the door limits, tested the safety features and answered all questions I had. I am very pleased with Precision and with Wilkes
