Tony Strickland was the technician that was sent on the original service call and he was very knowledgeable and advised that our door needed to be replaced and we agreed since the door was over 20 years old. This time, we had our garage door replaced and Shane Follis was very efficient and did an excellent job. We will recommend your company to anyone in need of garage door service or replacement.

Preston, my garage door tech, was fantastic. Super nice and helpful with a smile on his face. He was honest with me about the process of finding the problem and had to come out 2x to address the situation with the motor. My garage door failed, rendering it unusable. I was able to book an appointment on-line for the next day in the 10:00-Noon time frame, which pleasantly surprised me. I chose Precision GDS on the basis of their advertising and reviews with my fingers crossed, hoping for the best. Turns out I had nothing to worry about. At about 10:00 that next day, Kendrick Travis called to say he was about 40 minutes out, which proved to be an accurate estimate. We talked on the phone for a few minutes about the nature of the door failure, so Kendrick was already thinking ahead about the problem, which is exactly what I wanted him to do. What can I say? Kendrick was instantly likeable, not just friendly, he was affable and thoroughly competent. It took him a little over 2 hours to complete the repair. I rigorously tested the door after the repair and could find no issue with the repair so Kendrick left me in Happy Camper mode. I hope Precision GDS recognizes that Kendrick is the kind of employee that both you and I want on the job.
