I called Precision at 7:15 am and the Precision Technician Jack Hodges was at my residence by 9:00 am. Jack was very personable. He inspected my garage door and provided me with an estimate for repairs. I conferred with him regarding options/needs and then after my approval Jack completed the repairs. Two garage door springs were replaces, tension springs, center bearing plate, end plates, cable drums, and tube shaft struts. The work was completed in approximately 1 hour. Jack demonstrated how to lubricate the door semi-annually.

When calling Precision we expected a technician to be able to come in a few days. We were delighted to have Preston Waddell arrive the same day. He evaluated our needs and discussed the options available to resolve the problem. We purchased a new garage door opener and keypad replacing the ones we had used for more than 25 years. Preston was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. He certainly represents your company well. From the moment the phone was answered to the completion of the installation our experience could not have been better.

We love our new garage door. Can't believe how quiet the door is when in motion. The entire process was great. I compared pricing and product with two other companies and Precision Door Service was by far the wisest choice. Dillon, in Sales came to our home twice; always courteous, professional and answered our many questions. Shane, who installed the door, worked quickly and efficiently taking out the old and installed the new in about two hours. The door itself is beautiful, insulated, adds light to our garage and beauty to our home. Did I mention quiet? We have an entire new garage door system that we'll enjoy for years. I called this morning because the garage door wouldn't work. An appt was available this afternoon. Preston came and diagnosed the problems, explained what was needed to fix the door. He worked in the very hot garage for about 1 1/2 hrs. The temp was 102 degrees. He was so personable, knowledgeable, efficient, hard-working, & got the job done. My decision to contact Precision for my garage door issue was indeed the right decision. The gentleman who answered the phone at their place of business was very courteous, polite, friendly and professional. He listened as I explained in detail my situation, he then scheduled one of their trained technicians to come out to take a look at my garage door. I made the call on a Friday, The following Saturday morning, ( & another reason I’m glad I went with Precision, for working with my schedule!), my technician, Kendrick, arrived at the house at mid morning. Kendrick is a Hoot! We hit it off right away. After a few minutes of an enjoyable meet & greet, Kendrick got to work on garage door, & at one point, he explained to me while at the same showing me, what the problem was, & the method in which he used to correct it. He also gave garage door a several point inspection. Kendrick was personable, & professional. He was a joy to work with. Truly, it is comforting and assuring to know that a company like Precision Garage Doors is out there. You really do know what it is to treat people the same manner in which you want to be treated! Great touch with giving me info about tech and the service is second to none. The tech figured the issue in 2 min and another conpany charged me 2k for everything but fixing the problem.
